I have two cats with different needs. One cat has diabetes while the other has urinary issues. They will try to eat each other's food so I had to get something that was good for both. This food offers benefits to both of ny cats. At a follow up at my vet my cat with diabetes had maintained a good blood sugar level ( along with his insulin). My other cat has not had any urinary flare ups and it has been almost a year ( along with glucosamine supplement). The size is good. Both of my cats like the food and eat it. It seems chewable. This has been the only prescription cat food that has helped our kitty with digestive issues. We got our cat as a stray from animal shelter only to find out he had a rare parasite - med worked to remove it, but afterwards he started having digestive issues really bad (uncontrollable poops) this cat food that the vet put us on has not only helped stop that, but we are able to incorporate other cat food with his prescription and no bathroom issues. Our cat loves the taste of this food and the other cats who aren't suppose to have it go crazy for it! Unfortunately the price is up there for such a lil bag, but hes on it for life. You can order it in 2 sizes, I prefer the larger size as it seems to last a long time for us. ... show more

After about 2 weeks my cat's bladder stones got dissolved. I could not belive it but I went to the vet and they did ultrasound and found big stone was almost entirely gone.
