Update on jeep-this case is closed: After contacting the seller, they immediately problem shoot the issue. They sent me the part that needed to be replaced and the Jeep works perfect. My two year old granddaughter loves her jeep. Thank you to the seller for making this right. I bought this for my granddaughter for her birthday. My son put the whole jeep together and followed all the instructions BUT it does NOT move. The lights on it work and the wheels turn with the remote control but it does not move. Contacted seller but I have not received a message back. Am I going to have to take the Jeep apart to send back?? What a hassle. So disappointed. UPDATE: Seller had responded and have been very communicative with making this right. They are in the process of sending me a replacement receiver, which they think is the problem. Will update once I receive the replacement and all is working well.

Had a part malfunction upon opening and putting together. Messaged the seller and they immediately sent out the correct part! Sent a good pic of the issue. Car worked and operated correctly until the part came. Thank you soo much! Simple and quick fix. The car is excellent! Very fun and can't ask for anything better. Color and stickers are cool. The modded offroad looking add ons are what drew me to this purchase. This is a 24v, two twelve volt batteries. I've charged it before they have died. I haven't used the radio yet, but the horn works and sounds cool when you turn it on. Multiple kiddos took turns, ages one to 3+, they all enjoyed it! I wanted a single seater to cut down on arguing while riding around. I like the speed controls and remote. Ohh boy! how fun it is to be a kid haha. Enjoy parents and buckle up!

They are simple to put together, colors match perfect, they work great, my boys got them for their birthday and love them. Stickers came on them so that was one less hassle, however the stickers are trying to fall off. I want to get bigger batteries to make them faster but they are great for a first!
