I love these boots! The reviews I read were good so I decided to go ahead & purchase these. I'm glad I did because I am very happy. Like some of the other reviews said these boots are comfortable right out of the box. No breaking in necessary. I normally wear a 9 1/2 shoe but decided to size up to a 10 due to toe pain. They are true to size & the toe space is wide & I have enough extra space for comfort. My order came with an extra pair of insole inserts & an extra pair of shoe laces. I would definitely recommend these if you are looking for great hiking boots!

Purchased these hiking boots for a trip to Colorado. I love them! They’re the perfect shade to go with everything,m style wise. They’re comfy and durable as well. I do recommend breaking them in before heavy use because they can be stiff at first. They are a great value and I’d purchase again, great traction and kept my feet dry when hiking the snowy Rocky Mountains as well ask the dry rocky paths too.

I have been wearing these boots for work for about 2 months now. They fit great and are comfortable. Good tred on the bottom. Water resistant, I was working out in the rain and the only dry thing was my feet. So far they are holding up great.

Initially tried these boots because they're supposed to have good ankle support. I have really unstable ankles after having surgery and can confirm that the support is legit. One of my dogs ran into the back of my legs full tilt. 65lb little bastard for reference. Ankles didn't collapse on me while wearing these boots. Am I in pain? Absolutely. Do these boots have some of the best support ever? Yes. Plan on using them for hunting in this coming season so I'll really put them to the teat. Out of the box though they fit great and I added my own orthotics to them for a bit more support for my ankles in some rough terrain here in NM. So if you're on the fence about these boots, they survived a fur missile attack and helped me stay on my feet. Require a bit of break in but otherwise good boots so far.

I have never had boots that are PERFECT right out of the box until these! So soft and comfy, padding is perfect, they didnt need ANY breaking in and I wore them for the first time out working a 9+ hour day! I've worn them through rain, mud, cold, and they keep my feet toasty and dry. I am ordering another pair as backup because when these wear out (I own and work a septic company) I will be DEVASTATED if they ever sell out or stop selling these!! They are perfect, get you some!!!

[Review for black & blue boots] What's the best thing about these hiking boots? You don't have to break them in, and the insoles are super comfortable, and they're true to size. I'm also impressed with the water resistance. I've crossed many creeks, and the water came up over the shoes, and my feet stayed completely dry. However, I had to give this three stars, because these are not slip resistant at all. I went out on my deck after a downpour, and almost slipped and fell on the slick surface. I've also had some slippage on trying to navigate on rocks through a creek. [Review for the brown shoes] I ordered the brown version of these, and they are not at all like the black and blue ones that I have. First, the sizing is smaller. I ordered the 8, which I did in the black & blue, and it was way too tight. They also do not come up over the ankles. but instead are right beneath the ankle, which I do not want in a hiking boot.

I volunteer for water rescue and often we are standing in water while running equipment on a shoreline. These have held up well and my feet stay dry. They are wide enough for extra socks that I needed in winter also. Will be buying a back up pair. They have pretty good traction as well. Not as slippery on the rocks as others.
