Horrible product The battery runs for 10 min and dies. We also bought protection plan and the seller told us to buy the battery on our own and they will give us money back. We tried to return it and took the package to ups and fedex and they told us it will be$500-$1000 to send this junk. Bought this for my son for Christmas and he rode it maybe 5 times and it started stopping out of nowhere when pressing the pedal and a full battery. We replaced the batteries although that shouldn't have been necessary and the problem still persists. II have been messaging with the company for a week and they have given zero pieces of advice and keep having me send them videos of what is happening. I have requested a refund or replacement quad and they avoid that question with saying their engineers need to know what is happening with it, although I have already described this and sent pics and videos. Not sure if we got a bad item or if this quad is just a piece of junk. Regardless, buyer beware.

This came damaged. The front was cracked and so were the headlight covers. Originally I was happy with the sellers solution. They sent us replacement parts and gave us a partial refund for the grill they couldn't replace But now - one month into my daughter using it - the battery is flashing and it won't run. I emailed the seller and they eventually did reach out. We had to buy a new battery. They said they would reimbursement us. I'm not sure I've seen that reimbursement yet. It still didn't work anyway. They said to just reply "full refund" which I did and they said that they would send me a label but we'd need to pack it up and return it. It's been a month. We don't have the box. And now we get to spend even more time taking it apart and finding a way to ship it. Returning it is a giant pain. 2 stars for the sellers effort. 0 stars for the product. Save yourself hundreds of dollars and your sanity and stay away from this

Fun kids play four wheeler, it’s very sturdy and held up almost a year now with little visible signs of wear all while serving its purpose and bringing fun and joy to 5 rambunctious kiddos ranging in age 2 in a half to 8 years old! It has two speeds, both with some pick up and go! goes in reverse, easily fits 2kiddos at a time! Only down fall of say is it doesn’t turn on a dime, nor does it have a brake so it doesn’t stop as soon as you let off the gas. But those are minor issues and I would definitely recommend and purchase again
