I got these boots for working and playing outside during the winter here in Eastern Oregon. Winters here can be kinda tough. Lots of snow so far, and it's not uncommon to reach sub-zero temperatures. Twice this month, the temperatures dropped to -8° overnight. So far, I have zero complaints about these boots other than they seem to run a little bit on the tight side for the size. Nothing uncomfortable, just a bit more snug than I am used to. Certainly not worth exchanging for the next size up unless I wanted to double up on socks, which I don't see me doing since these keep my feet nice and warm in even the coldest times. As I have worn them, they have come to fit my feet better and as expected, are more comfortable. Typical for breaking in your boots. I have spent hours in the snow at a time as well as working in water when it's slightly warmer. At no time have I felt any moisture sneaking in. They have maintained the waterproof designation for me for weeks now. They are not as heavy as I expected they would be, but since they keep me warm and dry, that's a bonus... as is the extra set of red laces that they included with the boots. That was an appreciated extra. The soles have been good as far as the traction goes. The material that the sole is constructed of doesn't show any signs of early wear, so I'm happy with that. They seem to be a good blend of traction and durability.

These well-made waterproof boots are very nice. The boot is all man-made material and seems durable. They are In-fact waterproof because I tested them. The bottom is rubber and I appreciate that the knobs of the tread are not so close together that they hold onto small stones. The inside is lined with faux fur and has just the right amount of cushioning that firmly holds my foot in place. I ordered a size 12 and they fit perfectly, even though I have one foot 12" and the other 12.5". They are well-insulated and warm, so I would not wear them in warm weather. Here's what I like: *Very comfortable and provides good stability for the foot and ankle. *Thick cushioned inside is warm. Good for cold weather. *Non-slip rubber sole has a great tread pattern for good traction. *Comes with a second set of laces that are red for a nice look. *Each boot has 10 loop and 4 hook lace fasteners. *The hook fasteners make putting the boot on and off easier. *There is a finger loop on the back of the boot. There isn't anything that I did not like about these boots. At under $100 U.S. they are an excellent buy.
