It was super comfortable. I took it for a 3 day camping trip and it never deflated ! And I never felt the ground. It is a little tiring to inflate but for the price is not bad and it’s super easy to fold and carry because it’s super light.

This is a neat little mattress and its best features are the easy inflating and deflating, and the relatively wider mat (I'm small but I don't like rolling off to the ground, let alone if a bigger person than me needs to use it!). The 'valleys' in the mattress aren't too noticeable until you try to turn over, and then you WILL feel the ground underneath you. So, it will work best for grass or dirt ground, but if you're planning on using it on rocks or floor, a thicker mat will probably work better. That said, this is easy to carry, so it is always a balancing act of weight/heft versus comfort. Overall, I like it, but it is not quite as thick as it seems, and I can imagine will be less so for someone of average or above adult weight (I'm small and I felt the floor every time I rolled over). ... show more

These are easy to inflate with your foot. They definitely keep you off a hard ground. The material is somewhat slippery especially when you have your sleeping bag on top of it. The pillow is not really plump so if you need extra support then you’ll need another pillow. i've used this several times camping. pretty comfortable and has held air and keeps me off the ground all night. it's a little slippery so try to stay on level ground. easy to inflate, took maybe 2 minutes, and easier to deflate.

The inflatable air mattress works well and I didn't have to fill it taught to stay off the ground! Only problem is the air in the pillow is under pressure from my body and it is very dense. The pillow is also too large so my head is in an awkward/uncomfortable position. All in all I would give it 4 stars but the inflation pump is nonsensical. You have to cover a hole with your foot to press air into the mattress, and then let go to allow outside air to fill the sponge in order to press down again. I find it to be very inefficient. As if in a mocking statement, they did put a one way valve on the air release valve, but on the inflation side?? the one way valve is tucked into the pump for some strange reason... ... show more

I have 3 kids and having air mattresses with them was always a disaster. We could never make it through a camping weekend without a hole in their bed or something. So they each got one of these. They can pump them up themselves and it is just enough padding that they are comfortable. My HiiPeak is one of my new favorite additions; while I usually do not buy from Amazon and would not recommend it in general, this product is decent. I love the feater that lets you pump up with just your hands or foot, and the deflation is super clean and easy. It feels like I'm lying on a cloud. I have yet to try it out in a hammock at night, which is still my main purpose, and I hope it will stay insulated to protect me. I will update you once I get around to that. But it is also super fun and comfy for a picnic outing or a quick nap in the backseat of the car. ... show more
