We just received two 10'6" HIGHPI iSUPs. They seem well constructed, the colors (mint and blue) are easy on the eyes and we were able to inflate them easily to about 14PSI with the included pumps. The leashes and paddles are good quality. The paddles have foam in the tubes so they should float if we drop them. We can't wait to get out on the lake and try them. For FWIW, we've never been paddle boarding so we had no idea what to expect. Edit 8/4/2021: We've been to the lake a few times and these are a lot of fun. The boards seemed very rigid even with two of us (adult and child) on each board. We were all able to stand up and paddle without any problems even when the wake of a boat would come our way. The paddles appear to be well constructed and have foam in them so they float. We ordered two more paddle boards for our kids that were a different brand so we wouldn't have to double up on the HIGHPI boards. When the other boards showed up, I immediately knew they weren't going to be the same quality as the HIGHPI boards just from the weight of the box and accessories. I opened one box and noticed everything just looked and felt less sturdy than the HIGHPI kit, from the boards themselves to the pumps, repair kit, and paddles (HIGHPI took the time to chamfer the edges of the paddle handles so they wouldn't have any sharp edges, a nice attention to detail). I didn't feel the $30 savings per board was worth it if we would be replacing parts or patching the boards so we returned them and ordering another pair of HIGHPI paddle boards. Additional note: All four of our HIGHPI boards came with 10L dry bags that have already gotten a lot of use to keep cellphones, car keys, etc. clipped to the boards and dry. It was a nice touch for HIGHPI to include these, they work really well.

Love my paddle board, it comes with everything you need, pump works well, easy to use. Portable, I put my board in the trunk of my car with ease and room for more. It is a great value for the money, can’t think about one thing I don’t like about it.

Update 2: Customer service was great. Reached out to me right around the time they said the paddle would be ready to ship to provide me with tracking info without my even having to ask. New paddle is great. The board has been used almost daily since it got here and it's fantastic. Does it have all the bells and whistles of other boards? No but its great and solid and perfect for what I need it for. Update 1: 1. The company got back to me today - on a holiday - to let me know they are more than happy to send me a replacement pump and paddle. 2. I was able to fix the pump with a $1 rubber gasket from the hardware store. I’m sure it should have been in there and just wasn’t. No biggie. It works perfectly now. I let them know I do not need a replacement pump , just the paddle. The board is still awesome and getting a lot of use. We’ve probably put in over 20 hours on it since it got here Friday. Will update again when paddle arrives. ——————————- Original Review: The board itself is fantastic. Easy to inflate - but only if you have a working pump. The one that came with this kit was broken on arrival. Once the board reaches a certain pressure, air rushes out where the hose connects to the pump. I borrowed a pump to finish the job. This kit also came with a broken paddle. The clamp to hold it in place at different lengths is not properly attached and flails around. I have written to the company in regards to both issues. I am hoping to have a good customer service experience so I can update the end result as well as my rating. Again - the board itself is great!

Went to use it today and a big hole is found on the seam. We have had a lot of fun on it this summer, seemed very well built and stable, but after barely a little over a month this happened. I am hoping the company will make it right.

For a paddle board that’s so affordable, I am so impressed by this board. It’s really easy to set up. The pump is nice, especially the meter that tells you how much psi is in the board. Be prepared to be pumping for awhile and your arms getting tired, but that comes with many inflatables boards. It glides smoothly on the water and doesn’t sink down even with 2 people on it. I love the carrying case cause it’s huge and you can fit way more than just the paddle board in it. You can carry it like a backpack which is great when you have other things to carry as well. I would definitely recommend anyone this board.

I had a nick in my board after using once. I received a replacement in two days! The board is gorgeous, easy to carry, and to balance. This is my first Inflatable, i was worried about stability. No need—handles exactly like a hard board. Great value!!!!
