I had a scooter sitting in the garage for almost 3 years. The carb was completely messed up and was full of gunk. I simply swapped out the carburetor with this one, and it started right up and idle. When I rode the scooter, it ran fine, but wasn’t able to get full throttle. I sent them a message, and they sent me step-by-step instructions how to adjust the main needle. Now I get good power at the midto upper range but I still need to figure out how to get top end. They are trading messages with me and walking me through how to solve this. This is better than I can expect for a $21 carb. it’s better than the stock carb as it gives you adjustments and is easy to work on. ... show more

It was a faulty part and didn't work I would like to have my money back in Amazon credit gift card balance if possible sence it was faulty item leaked gas out the top of it

Fit perfect but fuel line leaked at carbonator. It doesn't have a nipple at end like old carbonator just straight post. I have to get a smaller hose to get a tight fit. Other then that it works fine.

This unit installed good, had the correct plug and ran straight out of the box. I am a little scared of low-priced carburetors, but this one, went right on. Started up and idled perfectly and runs great !! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a carb for a 50cc scooter !
