For someone who works outside all day (construction - geotech) and is also an avid hiker these boots are perfect for a light, high mobility option. Waterproof and fairly good grip; however make sure to remove the insert to allow drying faster. Factor inserts are a lil flimsy so you can replace them but I havnt had any major issues

Los Zapatos son mucho más ligeros que otros tres pares de la misma marca que poseo. Me agrada mucho que sean más livianos ya que se siente más agradable el caminar. Son mucho más pequeños en lo largo. No me agradó que la talla es 0.5 más pequeños. Me gusto mucho su forma, el diseño el color. No me agradó que la suela es más grande que los otros pares. Al ponerme los zapatos se me ve unos 3 a 5 más alto que los otros hi-tec. Se siente que uno crece con estos zapatos. En resumen lo único que no me gustó es que la talla es más pequeña de lo que generalmente uso.

My last pair of Hi-Tec hiking shoes are very old. They held up very well so I did not hesitate buying another pair from Hi-Tec. They did not let me down. these hiking shoes are very comfortable with no breakin.

Fit is nice (11.5) . Have not had a chance to wear them for long so not sure about durability or waterproof-ability yet. They do look to be very nicely constructed, not a stitch out of place or hanging thread on this pair. They look great. I'm pretty sure they'll hold up good and if so, they'd certainly be a great deal for the price. I bought my first of HI-TECH boots in the early 1990s (what a fun period of time). But they've always held up great. I've always been impressed with HI-TECs style/appearance. They make a good looking boot. I'm stickin' with 'em, cause I lllike 'em. Thanks HI-TEC store!
