Don't understand the nattering on about not being waterproof. Of course they're not waterproof - they're mesh. After two weeks of use, I can tell that is a nice pare of shoes. I use them for work, 9-10 hours a day. Shoes are very comfortable, walking in forest and mountains and does not feel tired at all. They are a little bit wide and will see about durability

I wear Asics and New Balance size 10.5 However, this Hi Tec are a little big for that size. Next time I will order 10 instead. However, this shoe is so good that I cannot imagine buying a nother hiking boot.
