Great for Vehicles
Size: 67 Piece METRIC
The metric version is the best value toolkit to keep in an ATV, boat, snowmobile, or an older car that you don't trust. It has a full selection of the most commonly used tools at a low price. The only weak point is the cheap blow-molded case. It doesn't always hold the tools perfectly, and it won't hold up to any vibration or abuse. Expect it to fall apart in a year or two if it isn't strapped in. At that point, just find a stronger case or a roll up bag. Still a great buy. ... show more

Very complete but cheapy
Size: 65 Piece
This tool kit is pretty complete for most home and car needs. I bought this for my daughter as a gift since she didn't have tools and I didn't think she needed anything too high end. Everything is good enough for the price. I did not expect the highest quality so I was not disappointed with the cheapy feel of the case and some of the tools. They'll work as expected though they may not last, but then again I don't expect they will be heavily used. They will meet the need. I would have given it 5 stars because it met my expectations (if you shop for this kind of stuff for this price you need to know what you are getting) but a star had to go for overall quality nonetheless. ... show more

Excellent value and a reliable well-made starter auto tool kit.
Size: 67 Piece SAE
I had a car battery on one of those chargers that's supposed to maintain the battery. Unfortunately, rather than maintaining it, it decided to boil it over so I had a puddle of sulfuric acid under the car, on the battery tray, and elsewhere in my engine bay. A few minutes after noticing that, this tool kit arrived so I figured I had a chance to quickly try it out. Note that this is an SAE set without metric parts. Fine by me, since my job was in an older Mustang and therefore wouldn't have any metric bits. I was impressed right away with the socket wrench, which has 72 teeth for finely tuned turning. The handle is comfortable and there's negligible wobble of the socket itself. There are a couple of extensions and a spark plug socket. The modular screwdriver has the bits necessary for the majority of issues. Now, in reality, this is a starter set. You'll definitely need a bigger socket wrench for those rusty parts, as well as some larger screwdrivers and wrenches, but for a small job like today's, I had everything I needed to remove the battery, the tray, and get everything cleaned up and back together again (though admittedly I needed some baking soda and paper towels, neither of which were in the kit). The case is sturdy plastic and can be hung up on the wall using the carrying handle. The overall grade of the tools is much better than I had expected given the cost. I didn't get any sense in the first job or two that these tools would fall apart under regular use. This is a great emergency kit to keep in the trunk of the car for little jobs that sometimes arise on the road. ... show more

Dead batteries.
Size: 65 Piece
The quality of the kit was as expected. Nothing special, nothing awful. I was surprised that the batteries in the tire pressure guage were dead. I had to buy specific batteries and use a screwdriver smaller than any provided in the kit. This was not a one time thing. I bought 4 tool kits for my entire family and I had to replace all the batteries right out of the package. ... show more

The perfect little gift!
Size: 49 Piece
I have a teenager who thinks he knows everything (except how to put my tools back where he got them). I got this for him (Mostly to keep him out of mine), and I was very pleased with the outcome. It's a small but sturdy set, that gives him everything that he could need. Plus teaches him responsibility.... Priceless! ... show more
