Just in the first month he had leaking pipes, all of the toilets were leaking and the inside mechanism needed to be replaced, and he had to install a metal bracket for a large screen TV. I have a second place at the beach and a workshop at my home in Nashville. So I wanted a tool kit that would be perfect for the beach house. This is it. What i like is that every tool has its place and there is an adapter for my drill to use the sockets! If you are a DIY this is the kit for you. The hacksaw is perfect (although I have yet to use it) with a set of additional blades. My garage at home is impeccable with stainless steel cabinetry and a wood working dual vice bench. I am comfortable with electrical fixes, small plumbing jobs and have rewired my kitchen including installing a cooktop. That said I know when it is time to hire a professional.
