These are meant for lounging/regular wear, not working out. The fabric is super soft and accommodating to stretch, however it's thin fabric and you will be able to see panty lines unless in a thong, but they are squat proof. The waistband is flattering however doesnt have a whole lot of tummy control. My legs are super long and I did have my usual issue of with movement they slide down so I personally would have to hike them up all the time, but anyone shorter than 5'10 shouldnt have any issues! Wouldnt recommend for the gym.

Best purchase I’ve made in a long time when it comes to leggings, They are high waisted, which gives nice tummy control and at the same time they are butter soft and very comfortable. The best thing I like is the fact that they have pockets, so I can keep my cash and cell phone with me while I’m at work. Even after machine washing and drying multiple times they still look and feel brand new.

These legging leaders are AMAZING! When they first arrived, they felt very thin, but the material was so soft. I tried them on and they felt incredible! They are hi-waisted to hide any bulges, even though they are not super tummy controlling, but it still helps to smooth things out. They are thin, yet durable and not see through. They fit very nice around my ankle. I have washed them several times and the black does not fade at all. (Black is the only color I bought, but I bought 5 pairs!) I wear them ALL of the time! Perfect for workout, sleeping, or with a cute outfit! They flatter my 🍑. I am 5’7” and 155# and I bought the one size. If you are much smaller than me, the one size may feel big on you. I will never need another legging! These are perfect!! Hope they work for you too!
