Water from melting ice never leaked from the bottom so the back pack is leak proof, which is what I wanted. I used it for three days on the beach with refilling with ice each day. Under an umbrella 95% of ice lasted the 6 hours in +90 degree F heat. Not under the umbrella in the same temperature it had a little more than half the ice after the same 6 hours. For the price I was not expecting ice to remain 100% in that heat for more than 6 hours. The outer pockets zippers are not watertight so do be aware. I learned this from washing off the sand. The ice chest portion of the backpack did not get wet on the inside washing the sand off, which was important as well. I only gave 4 stars to not give the impression the ice holds like a yeti.

I use this for long days of baseball games as a spectator to keep drinks and snacks cool during hot days. I didn't have a ice pack so I used a bag of ice and it lasted all day on a 90+ degree day. Love this packback. The only reason I took 1 star off was because if this is full to the top it does get heavy and the bottom of the bag reaches the center of my back. It feels like it’s very top heavy and not actually centered to my back. It will start to hurt my back overtime, however it does work great for insulation and so many pouches to store items.

Although I haven’t used the product yet, it seems well made and of good quality material. Just have one issue. I paid extra which wasn’t a lot for two cup holders and that which one of them that I received came defective; bad sewing placement on the defective one and is useless to attach onto the backpack.

Ordered this cooler for ballgames and the beach. Kept drinks cold even with just a cold pack. Has a divider that is nice to keep food separate. Had a small problem but contacted customer service. They answered promptly and took care of the problem so that's always a plus! Good cooler and I would definitely order again!

This is a well build cooler bag with good quality. Zippers are durable without leak. Surprisingly, it comes with a bottle opener attached to the side. And already saved our picnic once!

Very nice material, large capacity and even has an additional separator for the ice to be at the bottom and drinks to be at the top. It’ll easily hold at least two, maybe more 2L bottles. Probably no more than 4 bottles just due to weight.
