The media could not be loaded. My cats like it, not all of them but the heavier boys love laying on the top. I’ve had it a couple months and other than the ball being ate off un 2 minutes it’s held up very nicely with 7 cats jumping and sleeping on it everyday. I ordered this because I needed a small cat tree for downstairs so our kitten could have something to climb on (we are not letting him on the furniture). This particular one had good reviews and wasn't too expensive so it peaked my interest. I tried visualizing the size based off the measurements listed and based on the photos in the item's description. The photos are NOT ACCURATE AT ALL. I have a 6 month old kitten that weighs 5.5 lbs and if you look at my photo he looks like a GIANT compared to this thing. This 'cat tree' should be listed as a 'newborn kitten tree' because of how small it is. I'm trying to decide if it is worth keeping or not. My kitten doesn't climb on it at all like he does his bigger one. I've only seen him use the scratching post part 2 times. If you have a TEENY TINY kitten, then this may work for you. My kitten, even at his small size, is still way too big for this thing. Disappointed...

The kittens love laying in the soft hammock part and I like that I can remove the highest point to put this in their enclosure to sleep and lounge on at night. There is additional screws that allow for the removal. I bought a second one already.

It was super easy to put together and my boy was all over it before I could get it completely built. It’s pretty solid and for the price I couldn’t be happier. I will be curious to see how it does with its sturdiness as my kitten gets bigger. But all in all super pleased with this cat tower! FYI: the sides of the box house are not solid, there are thick poles you put in it and screw down. Was a little surprised by that bc I don’t think I read that in the description or in anyone’s review. It is definitely not an issue but just a detail I thought I should share!
