I have owned HeyDudes before and I got another pair and I love it just as much. This shoe is so very comfortable and how I put it to the test is by testing it at theme parks. I’m an AP at universal Orlando and I tested these with vigorous walking for 12 hours each day I was at the park and my feet didn’t start hurting til the end of the day where if I wear a different shoe, I would be hurting by lunch. These are worth every penny.

Beware! Hey Dude has horrible customer service. My package did not show up, but was marked as delivered. I contacted Amazon and they told me that since the order is being handled by a third party business(Hey Dude) that Amazon can not issue a refund or replacement & Hey Dude customer service can help me. I contacted Hey Dude customer service and they only send me automated emails that inform me that the only way to get a refund is by submitting a USPS package theft claim. When I click the link they send me it doesn’t not work. Also, I should not have to do this at all. It should be their responsibility to refund me and file a claim with their shipping service they chose. I have not received my item or a refund and it’s been a week now since I ordered the shoes. So if you buy from this company and you do not get them in the mail, good luck it’s the customer’s fault and they will not help you at all.
