For over 20 years I have purchased many clip in extensions, hair halos, wigs, etc. I purchased Hetto’s clip-ins with the usual skepticism ordering online. I have to say, I am so incredibly pleased with Hetto’s quality. I purchased #4/27 in 20” natural wave because I have mixed curl patterns from 3A-3C, medium to dark ash brown shadow root with light honey blonde ends. These extensions don’t have a stark shadow or demarcation like other extensions. The color difference is very subtle from root to end. However, the “root” or area where the clip is is much lighter than expected and the curl is tighter…more kinky. The clips are mini aluminum clips, but are extremely lightweight and comfortable, grip the hair well and DO NOT slip like others. The hair is incredibly soft and the coarser texture is exactly like my own. There was little shedding after combing out and no shed while wearing. Also, these extensions are 120 grams THICK!!! Use a detangling brush or Denman brush and comb through, you will be amazed! If you like or want to add thickness to your hair get these! I lost a lot of hair after having COVID and these extensions fill in what I used to have!! I didn’t even have to use all the wefts as I normally would. Beside all the little nuances, my extensions still blend seamlessly with my hair and I have received many compliments! I am planning on darkening the top of the extensions slightly with a Demi permanent color, as I would not wash these as regularly as my own hair. As far as the curl type goes, I’m not concerned. I think once I give them their first wash the curl will relax a bit. All in all, for less than half of what I would usually spend, Hetto’s clip-ins exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to purchase again! Truly a 5 star product! Love, love, love them! ***Update***These extensions have lasted 6 months, 2 vacations, high humidity, pools, root smudging and heat tools. They are just now starting to get somewhat tangled and ratty looking, but for the price, they have held up. I went back to chocolate brown hair color and I’m planning on doing a little experiment by dying these suckers; see how they hold up. I will order these again and I’ll NEVER purchase another brand. Unbelievable!!!

Upon arrival...packaging was not what I expected...for the price. and it was kind of tangled. Also I ordered 20 inch, loose waves. ...These are very tight curles.... I washed them, deep conditioned them and detangled. But they ended up blending well enough. Other reviews said there was no color loss or shedding. I experienced both, to be honest. Overall tho, for the price compared to others or salon, I think its a great buy. After detangling there was frizz at the bottoms I ended up cutting about an inch off. So I'd recommend getting 2 inches longer than you want after getting acquainted with them. They hold well. I've learned to put them in while they are wet and your natural hair is wet too, and let them dry together. Also. No way they look natural unless your hair is pinned back on top half, but over all i think im happy with purchase....longetivety will have to be another review. I've only toyed with them for a few days. Ps...nobody has mentioned the difference in my house or friends....so they must look natural 🤷♀️

Love these curly extensions they Blend super well I got the 20 inch and 22 inch. The color matched perfectly but you do need two packs for your whole head. Definitely would recommend my new fav extensions, love that I don’t have to put heat on my hair.

The hair would get really frizzy if touched too much. But the company said to wash it & that helped.. If your curl pattern is this exact curl pattern then it might work for you. Mine was slightly different though it looked similar from the post.

Photos: First photo is adding just one extension on each side for thicker hair. I could have added more, but this was plenty for my purpose.Second photo is me without extensions. Third one shows reddish color I received, then how I darkened it. I'm in my 70s with naturally curly hair, but I wanted more thickness without having to tease it. My hair is about shoulder length. When the extensions arrived, they were like tight corkscrews with an almost waxy coating. Whoa! Not what I expected. But I started combing them with my fingers to loosen them up, and then I gently used a wide-tooth comb. Then I washed them with shampoo and conditioner. When dried, they looked much better because it removed the waxy coating. (An email from the manufacturer said they do this to ensure that the curls stay tight in transit. In the first photo, you can see how they loosened up after washing and coloring.) The color wasn't an exact match to my hair (extensions rarely are). They were a little lighter, so I applied hair color to match. After rinsing and drying, they looked much more natural. Then I trimmed a couple of them to match my shoulder-length hair. I'm holding the others aside for times when I want to try longer hair. If you aren't really good at cutting hair, I'd recommend having a hairdresser do this part. If you cut straight across, you risk an unnatural look. And this hair does not grow back, so any mistakes are permanent! I also recommend that you treat any human hair extensions carefully. Only gentle blow drying, for instance, and I'd avoid curling irons, which can burn or create split ends. Remember... your mistakes will not grow out! Store them in hair nets, if possible, to prevent tangling. And never try to dye them to a lighter shade. That will not work unless you bleach the hair first, and that can be a disaster. If you can't find an exact color match, get a shade lighter and then use a darker hair color on it. You can go darker, but you can't go lighter. I also have straight-hair extensions from this maker. I use them when I style my hair in a straight bob. With good care, they've held up for several years.
