I bought the red car for Christmas last year and recently the controller went missing. I reached out explaining the issue and their customer service surprised me but sending me another controller free! Now I can monitor my son as he enjoys driving around.

I bought this car for my son, and didn't realize assembly was required. My son LOVED his remote car, but unfortunately the front wheels kept coming off. We fixed it a few times, then it permanently broke, because the hair pin holding the tire in place snapped. I'm not even sure how the hair pin the size of a large staple could have lasted anyways. This was a complete waste of time and money, and my son cried and cried when I told him I couldn't fix it.

Best price in comparison to others I researched in store. Put together in about 30 minutes. Seat placement was a little difficult but I got it done. Instructions tell you to charge it up before completing the assembly (for initial charge) but I waited until I finished and haven't had any issues. Everybody loves it. Remote control is easy to use for parents if child isn't able to reach the pedal.
