Ordered this for my three year old, for his birthday. Gave him only the tractor, as that’s all we had (the other box with all of the attachments never came). Two days later it would not work in reverse… still does not work, after paying someone to fix it. Any way, we used the remote, and since using it, it will only work the remote now!!! It is complete junk!!! I would not buy it!!!

This tractor has been great, my little absolutely loves this. The rear drive shaft motor stopped working, and the back tire would not turn making the tractor stop working. I contacted customer support and let them know the issue and within a week had a response they would send a replacement part. The replacement part came super quick and the customer service was very easy to work with.

We loved this tractor until it because unsafe for our toddler. The seat buckle broke right off in the middle of us using this tractor, and the seat comes off easily over any little bump which is completely unsafe

I bought this backhoe and the drive shafts that connect the motor to the wheels broke. Now it won’t move at all. My son is so sad, he drove it everyday for a month.
