I ordered this case and came to me in a clear crackly wrapper no protection. I opened the case and discovered a blemish on the interior of the case. I contacted Amazon and requested a replacement, the replacement came promptly. The second case was in an Amazon bag which offered some protection. I opened the bag Amazon and removed the case from the clear wrapper. I discovered indentations on the interior of the case. After careful inspection I seen what was causing the indentation, the bag comes with the handle folded inside and the case and is zipped to the handles, the handles are sturdy nylon, and are making the indentations on the interior of the case. I like the looks of the case and it fits my HP Stream 11 perfectly, so I will keep the replacement, maybe eventually over time the indentations will disappear from not having the handles pressed inside the case. My Chromebook case is so lovely, it holds my Chromebook charger in one pocket and my earbuds and some other stuff in the other pocket. It is great for traveling. My bag is water resistant, how can I complain about this. I will definitely purchase one as a gift for my niece.

My small Dell computer just fits in this case. I have only used it for a short time so can't comment on durability or water resistance. I wish the storage pockets a little larger. Can barely get my power cord in one.
