I use this brush on my British Shorthair cat who has a very thick undercoat. She loves being brushed with it because it doesn’t hurt her at all. In fact, every time I brush her, she purrs loudly and constantly. I can brush her as long as I want. The bristles are shaped so they really catch on the deep undercoat without pulling her hair and causing pain. It is the most effective, yet gentle, pet comb or brush I’ve ever used. The mechanism that retracts the bristles and leaves the hair saves so much time because I don’t have to spend ages trying to get all of the hair out of the brush. GENIUS!!! I will never need to try any other product.

I wish I could give this brush more stars. It is incredible! We have a bunch of other pet brushes, and none of them seem to be getting the job done. So I bought this one and figured it couldn't do any worse than our other brushes. This one blew me away! Our dogs have been shedding so much worse this year, and I have been plucking countless tufts of fur off of them daily for months. The first swipe was all it took. I could feel the brush gently pulling the undercoat out, and it actually holds a LOT of hair before you have to empty it. Emptying was a breeze, too. The picture I posted isn't even all of the hair we brushed out- my husband was so excited to test the retracting bristles that he dumped the first brushful on the floor in the house. I will be recommending these to all my friends and family with fluffy pets! I wish I would have purchased this sooner.

My mutt in the picture is like Scooby Doo on steroids. He is a Belgian Malinois mix but for the life of me, I think the only thing he inherited from this brave, noble working dog is his size. Zeus is afraid of everything including and not limited to, air fryers that beep, pigeons, a can of soda opening, and hair brushes So you can hardly fault me when I post with joy that I can finally groom the chicken dog without chasing him. He actually sat and very patiently while I did a mini brush. This brush captured all the fur including the tiny ones that stick under your contact lenses. And to make it ever better, hit a button and it cleans itself--which, in my opinion, cleans better than my kids.

Great brush, especially for dogs with double coated but have skin sensitivity to having their under coat brushed out. He learned quickly that half heartedly biting at it didn't feel so good, but getting the undercoat out did! So he just sprawled and let me brush away!

What an absolutely excellent product! So easy to use- so easy to clean ! This makes brushing my thick coated cat a pleasure instead of a chore. Tried several others without success- she didn’t like them and neither did I! Then I found this amazing brush! She doesn’t mind getting brushed now and I look forward to keeping her well groomed!
