A traditional Black Forest cuckoo clock decorated with hand-carved vine leaves and the cuckoo bird. The cuckoo calls once on the half hour and on the full hour according to the time. The clock is personally signed at the back by the manufacturer Adolf Herr . His signature guarantees the experience of 7 generations of clock-workmanship. This clock comes with a certificate of authenticity (AHC). Clock Movement: 1-Day(daily wind-up) Regula rack strike movement with night off. Clock-Face: Wooden dial, diameter 2,3 Inch (6 cm), with wooden hands. Chime: Diameter 6cm (2,3 Inch), burnished Cuckoo-Bird: HerrZeit cuckoo bird (handcarved). Color: walnut dark. Carving: basswood (limewood).

I really didn't expect this little clock to be as nice as it is.. It's a gem!! I love the sound, it's keep good time , especially for very old mechanical technology.. That's the beauty !! This is the perfect size and is beautiful. There was some confusion with the installation instructions but my problem was handled quickly. After set up my clock didn’t chime. The two piece of wire that controlled chining was no easily recognized. With the company’s help that has been fixed. I would suggest that all pieces that need to be removed be a red color. Now all that has to happen is it stops scaring my dog. ... show more
