I bought it for my friend who usually wears L or XL, and the 3X fit him perfectly. This brand is a little more expensive than some others, but it is made very well and is worth the price. He says it is very comfortable and is glad it stands up to repeated use.

I bought this specifically for open water certification dives. Made it very easy to get in and out of wetsuit. I was also one of the few that didn’t have chattering teeth from the cold water, and I think this helped me to stay warm. I got a medium, even though I meant to order a large, and I think it was just the right fit, maybe a hair too small, but not uncomfortably so. For reference I am 5’11” and 153lbs. If I had to choose a complaint it would be that it has to be hand washed, but that is a byproduct of the material and not this specific brand or anything.

Overall, good product. I needed a way to speed up putting on a wetsuit that's probably a tad too tight. This lycra suit helps a lot with one caveat: make sure any velcro (like wetsuit neck flap) doesn't get stuck on the lycra because that will prevent you from getting the wetsuit all the way on. On my first try, my wetsuit got stuck at my left shoulder and it took me a while to figure it out (I had to take roll the wetsuit back down to my waist). Taking off the wetsuit afterwards went much quicker than w/out the lycra suit. Also, the zipper goes up pretty high on the neck and may feel a little restrictive, but that didn't stop me from windsurfing.

I'm 6' ~180 lbs, 35" waist (not as slim as I used to be when I had a 32" waist, but age gets us all), so I got the XL size based on the size guide. It fits like a glove (surprisingly actually makes me appear a bit slimmer somehow... not kidding... but maybe because there is no defined waistline like with pants). I got this for either very warm water diving, or (more likely) to go under my wetsuit. Even in warm waters I prefer to wear a shortie wetsuit at least, but this will give some protection from stinging things in the water to the usually uncovered areas, and I can also use it to help my shortie or full wetsuit go on and off. Everyone I asked said Henderson made the most comfortable lycra suits, and they seem to be right... I'm very pleased with this purchase!

I am soooo happy I bought this.. I use this as a layer under my wetsuit. I used to hate wetsuiting up before my dives.. tried so many things to make the experience easier- wrapping trash bags on my feet, husband would spray soap on me :) and pull the wetsuit up for me.. it used to be a spectacle.. This hotskin works like a miracle. Can’t believe this thing exists and I didn’t buy it earlier. I literally have to slide my wetsuit through my ankles and then tug it up once and it comes all the way up to the waist. This product has exponentially enhanced my diving experience.. I have missed dives because I didn’t wanna deal with pulling up the wetsuit.. this is a game changer. And it looks so cool on its own. I got the one with yellow stripe and it looks really good. Love love love. I am 5’4” 106 and bought XS.

Have been diving for 30 years (over 300 dives), and discovered skins to help get your wetsuit on easily. Bought a cheap one a few years back and while it worked, would tear at the seams and not hold it's shape. Bought a Henderson, and worked so much better, (we also have Henderson 3 & 7 Mil wetsuits), so like the brand and quality. Would recommend it to other divers. P.s. also like the sox, put those on first and then the skin, and putting on your wet suit will not exhaust you on every dive!
