This organizer was easy to assemble even without the video! If you have short nails, the elastics won't hurt or break them. Ok, first of all, I need to say, the instructions were a little confusing while I was trying to put this together, but once I got going, it was a breeze…. Until I realized I’d put it together wrong and the drawers couldn’t go in…. I pretty much had to start over. Just really focus while putting this together and it one a breeze. Honestly, I really did not think all of my make up with bit into this makeup holder and I thought I was most definitely going to have to return it. However I started putting my makeup in there and I realized oh my goodness it’s going to fit. I was so excited and the fact that it is on a Lazy Susan just made it so much, more amazing. If you’ve read any of my reviews before you know, my saying don’t bother putting it in the cart just hit that buy now button. I am not being paid to say that I just love this product and I do need to mention that those little annoying rubber band things that you’re going to have to use to put this sucker together are the most annoying little things, but it’s well worth it because they really stabilizes this this product…Good luck….. have fun …….and enjoy !!!!

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to love this... Putting this together was a bit challenging as when you put one piece in and tried to attach next one, the first one would fall out. Once assembled, I had to carry it very carefully as to not have it fall apart. It definitely has a good capacity of fitting a lot of items but when you try to rotate it, spin it...everything wobbles and the structure doesn't seem steady enough. Good idea but definitely needs more work.

After assembling the first order of this product, I discovered it was defective. The turntable did not spin smoothly, and the large drawer would not open and close without friction. After watching the positive video reviews I decided to order a replacement. The second one assembled smoothly and works great. Note: it’s very easy to break a nail assembling this with the rubber bands to secure it together! It was a headache to dissemble and return it, but glad I did. My daughter selected this as a holiday gift for all the features and drawers that similar items did not offer. I think she will love it.

All of my hair and beauty items take up drawer space all over my house. I was seeking a way to containerize everything and have them all in one place. The HEMTROY Rotating Adjustable Makeup Organizer with 6 Drawers fit the bill. This tall organizer has a ton of space, six drawers, multiple adjustable shelves, and two holes than can be used for makeup brushes or tall bottles. The acrylic organizer rotates and has some sort of black material lining in all of the drawers. There is room for all of your makeup, fingernail polish, hair supplies, etc. Furthermore, the thick acrylic construction and the jeweled edges, make this organizer not only functional, but beautiful as well. Once you figure out how to put the item together, (use my pictures for reference), you can get it together in about five minutes. The heavy rubber band system that holds the acrylic panels in place, makes the organizer easy to put together/pull apart. That said, there are some cons worth mentioning: 1. The instructions are not real clear on which end is up and which end is down. Please save yourself some time by consulting the pictures I supplied, as to which ends take the rubber bands and their placement. 2. Also, the adjustable shelves "wiggle" a bit. They are strong enough, but not as secure as I would like. 3. That said, the drawers are also rearrangable, which means it is also easy to pull them out all the way and for everything to spill out. 4. There is only one way to use the shelves and instead of receiving a "right" and "left" side shelf, I received two left hand side shelves. I can still use the shelf upside down, meaning the jeweled edge that keeps things from falling off the shelf, is facing downward, but that is a bit of a bummer. 5. The liners in the drawers are very thin and see through. 6. Finally, because the item is so adjustable and how it is put together, you have to be careful how you pick it up, if you decide to move it. Really, your only option is picking it up by the bottom or you take a chance on it coming apart or busting the pieces off of one of the shelves. Overall, the HEMTROY Rotating Adjustable Makeup Organizer with 6 Drawers holds a lot, has adjustable shelves, 6 drawers and it spins. The acrylic panels are thicker and the jeweled edges are really pretty. There are several cons about this piece, but they are minor, other than getting two left shelves which really makes me sad. Therefore, I have given the piece 3 stars, as someone failed to provide proper quality control and sent the wrong shelf, literally which affects 1/4 of the unit. REVISION - Hemtroy read my review and promptly reached out to see if they could do anything to resolve the the problem of the missing shelf. They sent the missing shelf, perfecting my rotating adjustable makeup organizer. Therefore, I am revising my review from three stars to five stars due to their excellent customer service and the fact that they resolved my issue.
