I first tried this lotion while visiting my folks. It works much better for me than the popular store brands in stopping my dry, itchy skin (caused by a medication). The Pink Pomelo & Himalayan Sea Salt smells a lot better to me than the original Banana scented version, but works just the same. It applies easily, absorbs quickly, and does not leave a greasy or oily feel. It does cost a little more than the poular store brands, but I don't need to use as much or apply it as often. I went to get a manicure and they used this lotion on my hands. I fell in love with it! I was determined to find a bottle I could have for personal use. As always, I turned to Amazon. 😊 I have very sensitive skin. I have to be really careful of what skin care products I can use. Having said that, I’ve been using this lotion without any issues. It seems to be very gentle on my skin! The smell is so inviting! At first, the smell is a little overwhelming; it does become more subtle as you wear it. I have noticed I can use this lotion and not need to use perfume. The lotion actually works as both! It smells lovely! I would say that I’m not a huge fan of the consistency. It’s very oily. It’s not a “creamy” lotion. I usually like my lotion to be of a thicker consistency. Having said that, it’s still a great lotion (I’m still using it…LOL). I, however, have used the same kind of lotion from my childhood all the way into my adulthood (I’m in my 40’s). Change is hard for someone like me. I have kept this in mind as I have started using this lotion. It has really grown on me! I’m glad I was open minded to try something new! This lotion leaves my skin feeling soft, silky, and smooth! It’s fragrance is also incredible! Lastly, you can order this lotion in a variety of scents. I haven’t come across one yet that I haven’t absolutely loved! I bought this product because someone in my life had a bottle and I loved the smell. I ended up not remembering the scent she had and thought it was this one. Despite not getting the one I already liked, I was pleasantly surprised how good this smelled as well. My husband says it smells like beach town vacations. Performance wise, I am so happy at the results. Prior to this lotion I wasn't really using anything to combat dry skin and the dry skin was pretty bad. Since purchase, I've used this lotion almost every day. The dry skin is significantly less and the small red bumps on my arms I've had all my life are going away. It goes on feeling a little oily, but if rubbed in fully doesn't leave any oily residue. I definitely feel my skin is softer after use as well as throughout the next day. I think it's been about a month and I'm halfway through the bottle. I will definitely be purchasing again and may even try the other scents. ... show more

My oldest sister had this at her house and I was using it while I stayed there for the week. I decided to buy my own because I loved it. It smells amazing and feels sooooo good on your skin. Super moisturizing on dry skin but doesn’t make my body feel oily. This lotion dries relatively faster than other lotions that I’ve used so I don’t stick to everything after using. If you’re someone who is very sensitive to strong smells, this might not be for you. Im sensitive to a lot of fragrance, they’ll make me sick if it’s too strong. I haven’t had a problem with this one because I’ve figured out a good amount I can use without being sick. But it might be too strong for other people. (I’d definitely recommend an un scented Hempz lotion too, they’re all amazing) The bottle did come in a bit messy (assuming from the pressure) but it wasn’t that big of a mess. ... show more
