I'm always looking for better ways to boost my immunity, especially for when I get run down and everyone around me is sick. I really like the flavor and the consistency of the hempMD Gummies: they don't stick to my teeth or to each other and they're a sweet little treat. However, while this is a good blend of immunity boosters, each 2 gummy serving only has 50mg of Vitamin C (which is 56% of the recommended daily value). I realize that a person's diet should take care of the other 44% but for me that's unlikely and it's why I take vitamins and supplements in the first place. My other concern is the Beta Glucan. There are at least three types of Beta Glucans and each differs in structure, benefits, and possible side effects. (Beta Glucans have all sorts of benefits BUT I'd really like to know which kind makes up the 20 mg that's in this supplement!) Otherwise, I really like that there's Vit D3 (which is the same as the Cholecalciferol listed), Vit E (which I rarely see and don't take separately), Zinc (this cuts the need for one of my other pills) and Selenium (which I usually take separately and still do because it's only 30mcg). Elderberry is noted on the front of the product label but the Supplement Facts doesn't mention it so I don't know how much--if any--is in these. I feel like if I could just tweak some of the ingredients to have a higher dose (or know the dose) then this could be the perfect supplement. In the meantime, I can take 3 gummies a day to get what I need, though I'll still take elderberry on the side. Also, at 3 gummies daily, that leaves just a 20 day supply. For people who don't already take the vitamins, minerals, and supplements that make up this formula, this should cruise in at a 5-star product. As someone who has certain doses of nearly everything in the blend, there's not quite enough pack to the punch. I do love the taste and gummy form, though, so I do feel this is just sliding in at being worthy of 4-stars.

I've never tried anything like this. As always, consult with your physician before trying/taking. I take Vitamin C daily, so I figured why not give these a try. I feel more relaxed throughout the day (I take them in the morning), while getting my dosage of Vitamin C. These are chewable, sticky, gummies and do not taste great to me, but aren't horrible either. I will usually take my Vitamin B directly after as it is a sublingual that tastes like cherry. Your results may vary, but I would not hesitate to recommend these.

I primarily wanted these hempMD Vitamin C gummies to help ward off respiratory and gut viruses that I tend to pick up every year about this time, now primarily via our now school age grandkids. I get all my doctor suggested respiratory immunizations as a first line of defense but feel I need more help. These gummies offer a boost to my daily diet with goodly portions of Vitamins C, D, and E along with zinc, all supposedly good to help wintertime immunity. Additionally, these gummies contain a hemp extract which I have read can also help with immunity boosting as well as positive cardiovascular and inflammation properties as a bonus. The gummies are smallish, soft, and easy to chew more like a quality candy rather than some of the rock-hard gummy supplements I've tried lately. The taste is "orange-ish," really good, and if a candy, something I'd have to muster up a lot of willpower to not down the whole bottle at a single sitting--unexpectedly delicious! I've not noticed any positive effects to date but not sure I'd feel my immune system pumping up. I haven't noticed any negative effects to include digestive issues so could call that a positive I guess. While still the middle of fall, I am feeling good about my new gummy aid to thwarting our germy grandbabies' best efforts to share their "illness de jour" with me over this winter. I plan to continue daily use of these guys for their positive immunity properties not to mention they're one of the best tasting candies we keep in this house!

Lots of "immune" supplements have a pretty terrible taste from the zinc, but was pleasantly surprised at these gummies. No harsh taste, and the "squish" was just right. I wasnt sure if they would all be super hard from sitting, but they mostly were just stuck together in the bottle. Not sure if the mention of having hemp does anything one way or another, so I would consider these a good option if you wanted some Vitamin C but dont like other vitamins.

I find these are tasty gummies and a good way to get your vitamin c. I didn't really notice any difference from the included hemp, not sure if it's actually extract or if it is hemp oil. Either way, it's a healthy addition to the gummies. Hemp oil is generally how I get my extra omegas.

What I like best about this supplement is that it’s not just a source of vitamin C, but you also get vitamin D, vitamin E, as well as others. The amount of vitamin C you get isn’t nearly as high as some supplements, but with this, you are getting a mix of vitamins that really can help boost your immune system. As far as flavor goes, I’m a little torn. Chewing these starts out with a very pleasant flavor but has a slightly harsh aftertaste. But overall, I think it’s a good product and if it helps boost my immune system, I’m happy.

These gummies are packed with hemp extracts and other vitamins, I get a great boost of energy from just a few. The flavor is kind of sweet and sour, like the sauce they put on the pork at a Chinese restaurant, intriguing but delicious. Getting plenty of Vitamin C is important, which makes these gummies plenty important to get.
