It's like a long cozy female version of an old fashioned smoking jacket. The cuffs and neckline are extra plush and so so soft. I bought a few other robes to try out at the same time and this was by far the softest one. I did wish it was a little longer. I'm 5'6 and the robe ended right above my ankles. Still very long, but I was looking for something that would even cover my feet.

It’s nice and soft which I like. i’m 5’7 and got the XL because I wanted it oversized and long. It did rip a little at the seam on the shoulder shortly after getting it, but I’m not sure if that was user error or flimsy product.
