We took these on an overseas trip as we were going to many beaches. Relatively lightweight, easy to set up (after a few initial trials - don't give up!), and surprisingly comfortable. Highly recommended. One of us opted for the ground sheet and the other (much smaller person) did not, and this worked out fine for each of us. Very reputable company. Not the lightest weight option that they offer but the pads on the pole inserts and the taller back make for a great compromise. Had a buddy accidentally beam this thing with a soccer ball size boulder and this thing flung into the lake launching everything i had in the side sleeve compartment. Thought it was a goner. Didn’t hurt the thing at all! That one incident sold the thing for me. Travel back straps nice to my hiking pack on the bottom and it’s such a comfortable chair when you’re up in the mountains. Will never go back to sitting on a pad on a rock lol. Everyone I went up with was super jealous when I pulled it out and had it set up within maybe a minute.
