Whether you’re tackling walls, fences, or furniture, the sprayer’s ability to handle various types of paint—acrylics, oils, and latex—makes it a flexible choice. I used it on my back fence applying a stain and it worked great. I also painted my garage with latex paint and it worked beautifully. It did take a little bit of practice but once I got the rhythm down it was smooth. Ease of Use: it’s worth noting that the initial setup requires some time, as assembling the components and calibrating the sprayer might take a little trial and error but I suggest reading instructions and reviewing other reviews. I also looked at some YouTube videos that provided tips like thinning out the paint for example. I am not an expert but a DIY guy so once I got the hang of it the projects went well. Cleaning and Maintenance: Regular maintenance is key to keeping the sprayer in top condition, especially if you’re using it frequently. I recommend you clean it and follow the instructions. If you do not have time to read get online then watch videos to learn. Cleaning is super important and has to be as important as the paint project itself. I had it for a year before using. I can see that thick paint might be an issue if not thinned properly. I an just spraying water based sealer. I have a lot of dewalt tools/batteries so that was a selling point for me. 4 stars because only used oncle. Time saver for sure.

Amazing for the price. I have had several sprayers through the years. This is the best one I’ve ever had. It lays the paint down smooth and easy. It is very easy to clean up once done. It does not come with a battery but that’s okay. I have a cheap battery that did just fine. It never drained the battery for what I was doing. I will buy another if needed.

Junk. Directions were minimal and no help. Paint sprayer stopped spraying after about one cubic meter of paint applied. Tried changing the battery but it didn’t help. I’m returning it today. Absolutely junk. You get what you pay for.

I received my sprayer within 3 days of ordering it. I have not yet used it and will update this review once I have. I have inspected it and it appears to be of good quality and very light weight for a sprayer. Since most of my cordless tools are DeWalt I have several 5 ah batteries which made this purchase a no brainer. The price was very good for a sprayer of this quality. I am now updating my review since I’ve actually used it. I sprayed a 46 ft long 5 ft tall wooden retaining wall with stain using my new Heinpro sprayer. Could not be happier with it. I used a DeWalt 5ah battery which was fully charged with 3 green bars. Sprayed this wall in about 25 minutes and still had 3 green bars on my battery. Clean up was very simple, easy and quick! This is a no brainer if you’re looking for a really good cordless paint sprayer.

Using genuine dewalt batteries I have one each of the thin 20v 2AH & larger 20v 4AH. AND FRESH fully charged I got about 5 minutes of paint time with the 2AH and about 8 minutes with the 4AH. While painting. It did a pretty good job easily adjusts between spray patterns and fairly easy to clean. For the price it is what it is. It be a bit better if I had a half dozen batteries but I don’t.

Upon review of materials notice was missing the foam filter. Customer service with warranty email was amazing. The function of sprayer has been amazing. Thinned paint per ratio and it did exactly what said it would do. It did not take long to learn the tool. I sprayed a 12ft by 12ft wall in 30 mins including learning time! Next up will be the entire exterior house in one day! The only slow downs will be to refill, ladder, and cleaning tip to prevent clogs!
