Good quality materials, very good instruction manual, no material or equipment missing. It took me only 1 hr 15 min to set it up alone. The cord and the electric mechanism work properly. We use it primarily beside our Ikea Poang chair on its lowest height setting, so we do not need to adjust the height all the time. The top shelf is large enough to carry a huge laptop, a cell phone, a tablet, a water glass, one mug, sometimes 2 remote controls all at the same time. The small shelf below are good for smaller items like remote for Chromecast, or regular remotes, pens, maybe eyeglasses. I doubted that the wheels would work on a medium pile carpet, but they work just fine, and we don't even need to use the breaks. I am beyond happy to have bought this table. The customer service email address is printed in huge letters outside the box that it comes in and on the instruction manual asking to contact them in case of a missing element or any questions and assuring that they are open to communication.

My rating is both for the table and the company. I needed an easy chair-side table large enough to hold my laptop, reading now book, and writing materials. Based on other customer reviews, the Armocity Store height adjustable end table looked like the best choice. It is. Thank goodness it was well packed, because during shipping the cardboard box it came in showed signs of handling without care by the USPS. Fortunately, nothing was bent, chipped, or scratched. The wordless graphic directions for assembling the table were easy to follow. With the elongated top shelf and the two smaller shelves below, it holds everything and my coffee cup. The two electric outlet plugs and three usb ports keep my Kindle and other electronic devices charged. Because the table can be rolled around on casters, I can easily move it in front of my chair during Zoom meetings. In short, it is perfect for my needs, and because the wooden and metal pieces appear to be well manufactured, it will last a long time by my easy chair. The only glitch that I experienced was in the transaction itself, but even that was remedied by Armocity. Several days after ordering the table and four days before its scheduled delivery, I checked the listing on Amazon and saw that the table had dropped in price by $11. Since the table had not been delivered yet, I thought it was reasonable to request an adjustment in favor of the lower price. Unfortunately, the conversation that I had with the Amazon customer service representative via chat did not result in a satisfactory solution. It was not the rep’s fault—she was only following company policy, but to suggest returning the table and re-ordering it at the lower price was both monetarily and environmentally wasteful. For an $11 savings I was not about to send the table back on the road to the seller when it would have been so much easier to just click a key and grant the price drop difference. I then decided to contact the seller. Within hours I got an email from Amazon that a refund to my account had been processed. When a company such as Armocity sells a good product and responds quickly and appropriately to reasonable concerns, they have made a customer out of me.

I've been making due with a practically antique Tablemate II for years, and have decided it was time for an upgrade. This piece of furniture came well packed with all the tools for assembly and clear instructions. I took my time putting it together to make sure I followed the instructions and made no mistakes, and it only took me about an hour. I assembled it without the casters because my couch is too low for the legs to fit under it with the wheels, but that was a bonus in that the desktop is that much lower for my use when I'm sprawled out on the couch. I'm very happy with the quality of this table. My only wish is that the outlets were slightly further apart and that the USB had an option for USB-C without an adapter. The only mistake I made in assembly turned out to be a happy coincidence. I put the power supply shelf together backwards not realizing that the holes to screw in the power unit were only on one side, so that the outlets are facing in instead of out, but I think I will actually prefer that anyway because it makes the outlets more accessible when I'm using the desk. Am concerned that the desktop support bars might end up being a bane to my knees when I'm using it from a reclining position on the couch, but I will just have to be careful. I'm pretty pleased over all.

Bought for the wife for Christmas as she used a TV tray of sorts to work from the couch as that location has plenty of light and windows for air movement and the couch in comfy to work from. It works great as it rolls well, has the built in power on it and it is high adjustable. It would be nice of the lower support bars were a bit thinner and the wheels a bit lower profile so it would fit under our couch, this one is very low to the floor but this still works better than the TV tray.

I bought this because of two features, it had wheels and is adjustable. After a week or so of using this product one wheel broke and the inside knobs for adjustment is a very bothersome issue for me. I have limited space for a work station and so I made one adjustment to this desk, I added a puzzle board to the top to meet my needs since I have trouble finding something to meet my needs.
