Absolute must for camping. This is a high quality table cloth that fits all National and State park picnic tables. I have used this for five trips so far and it’s held up great. Makes the parks’ picnic tables so much better to use and clean and play games on. Tough to give it four stars but I guess this is the way most plastic and so-called flannel back tablecloths are? It seems like everything's disposable these days so that people re-buy products. I have an older plastic tablecloth from about 10 years ago that's 100 times better as far as a little thicker plastic and way better felt. I wouldn't even really call this felt, it's a little bit of fuzzy material. My hopes is that if it gets hot out it will keep my bigger cover from melting to the table. I bought heavy duty outdoor waterproof covers for both tables outside and the one that gets sun, the cover melted to the iron table top. This is for my long dining room table that is on a deck but can still get wet and I noticed a part of it left marks on the nice wooden table top so I needed to find something to put underneath as a buffer. It didn't really or shouldn't matter what it looks like because it's just to keep the plastic from being against the wood but I chose this one over a similar color and pattern because it looked like it had a bit more green to the aqua which it did so it does go ok with my outside rug but I would never use this if I was having people over for dinner. When the weather gets nicer I will keep it on top daily just for protection in general. It wasn't super expensive so I'm satisfied for the moment. It had very few wrinkles and as others said had that horrible plastic smell but it went immediately outside to an outside table. I wouldn't have minded getting one size up like the other similar pattern offered but It's OK that it only overlaps the long end by a couple of inches for what I'm using it for. Overall satisfied for the most part.

It's a very pretty tablecloth and should work for what I want it for -- AFTER it has aired out. Weight is fine and it's pretty standard for a plastic tablecloth. When I opened the package, there was a strong organic chemical smell to it. I was hoping it was just the plastic packaging but that was not to be. I think the smell will fade and we are planning to use it outdoors so I have hope. I don't believe that I would recommend it for indoor usage, though, unless this one is an unlikely, and odorous, one-off. -- lp
