If you are dealing with gaps in laminate flooring, this tool is almost a necessity. It makes what could be a frustrating job much simpler and more effective. This device works perfectly. After using double-stick and a piece of a 2 x 4 board, this is SO much simpler! Just clean the vinyl plank, attach it and gently tap the plank into position. Works.every.time. It is well worth the cost.

Sadly it did not work as designed, I had total of 3 gaps and I was able to move only one of them it did not completely closed the gap . I purchased this one simply because it was made of metal and it would hold the hammer hitting it however it bent the hitting block .

This tool was easy to use and made fixing floor gaps much simpler. Setup was quick and did not take much effort to get started. The suction cup holds well, but like most suction cups it can be particular if something is uneven or dirty, so YMMV. The build quality feels strong and durable, not flimsy. It helped pull the boards together without needing extra tools. I like that it is simple and does not require a hammer. Overall, it works as expected and is a useful tool for floor repairs. Good value for the money.
