I ordered the Yedoler 4 Pack Steam Table Hotel Pans, 1/6 Size 4 Inch Deep Stainless Steel Metal Tray Set. For the price that is listed, it's great. If you've been in the restaurant industry or go shopping at a restaurant supply store, you know how expensive these pans can be. If you're a hobby cook, hosting parties or starting a food business these are what you need. My family does a lot of food events and we have used these to hold veggie garnishes then keep these over ice. The pans work as well for holding sauces at the right temp while using a warming chafing dish. The lids fit nicely onto the pans and come with a blue anti scratch plastic. It looks professional and uniform for events. Only downfall is the plastic was a little tricky to pull completely off under the handle which takes a little time. These are thinner than name brand containers but honestly they do the same job.

The quality is excellent and sturdy enough to be used to house cranberry sauces, gravies and whipped cream. The pans are thick and will hold the temperature very well. The cold and hot items lasted for a few hours so I was pleased with that. This size was just not what I expected. These are made for single condiment items or side dishes like beans or soup for a small to medium sized gathering. For larger gatherings these just will not work unless using multiple pans with the same item in it. I was not able to use to put hearty or heavier foods in these at all.
