They have enough stretch and depth that they do not come off the corners, granted I do not have a box spring.. I still think they would fit!! That is soemthing I can not stand is when sheets come off the corners of the matress. My husband and I get hot at night so I’m happy to report that these sheets are not too warm and they are very soft! I have had this set for a few months now and have washed them every 2 weeks and they are holding up nicely. No picks in the fabric, no holes or anything. In my opinion, you can’t beat these for the price. The only negative thing I can say is that I bought the yellow color and I sort of wish they were lesss yellow-y. But I don’t mind it!! This is the second set we've ordered. We have an older pillow top mattress that already needs deep pocket, but we added a 4 inch memory foam topper. These are the only set of sheets we've been able to find that accomodate the extra height. On top of fitting our bed, they are also super soft and comfortable in our Texas home. Nice, soft light weight feel. Quality is a described. The color is still a vibrant red after several washings. I change my sheets every week and this set is in my rotation. The only drawback is that the set was slightly larger than the deep pocket described. I don't mind because I'd it rather be too big than too small. It took about a year and my sheets did start pilling a little bit on the most frequently used corners but it took a lot of wear.
