Well designed, fabricated and well packaged. They have User Guide & Quick Guide with simple colored instructions printed on high quality paper. High quality accessories. All in all, high quality device but ironically for my 90 y.o dad, he didn't like the sound nor the volume control dials ( too small for him); he reported that he could only hear his voice not the ambient sounds. I tried them on myself but couldn't tell if I was hearing through them or my own ears because I'm still blessed with intact hearing. So, I can't realistically evaluate their audio delivery. In comparison to dad's prescription device ( cost Medicare $2,300+), they seemed better made! Prescription device fell of the coffee table and shattered like a glass cup! (So much for $2,300 plastic :( ). So, while waiting for replacement, I ordered these to keep dad comfortable. I think they would have been a good replacement if dad was comfortable with them.     • Works the best for me!
I had purchased the U01's about 2 years ago and really liked them. Unfortunately they accidently ended up in the washing machine. That put an end to that pair. Fortunately, I found the U03's on sale and immediately bought them. In the meantime, I had ordered 2 more expensive hearing aids to try thinking since they cost more, they would be better. They weren't and promptly returned. In my opinion I think these are the best. You just need to clean them regularly, as any pair. Only con is that I find the "bell" shaped domes to be the most comfortable, but an easy fix. ... show more
