I recently bought this for my mother who has a hearing problem in both of her ears. I would say that I am extremely disappointed with this product. First of all, the hearing aid of the right ear is not charging, even after I tried to put the case in charge for 2 hours as recommended by the manual. More than that, the charged hearing aid is not working at all because as soon as I turn on the device, I keep hearing a beeping sound that won't turn off. I thought maybe increasing the volume may help, but it turns out that regardless of what volume I set the device or what earbud sleeve I attach at the front, the device is of no use. ... show more

I had paid $2500 for hearing aids through an audiologist. They improved my hearing immensely. Then I lost one on a cruise, but didn't have time to go to audiologist for new ones as we hd another cruise in 10 days and new ones would take 2 weeks. Saw these on Amazon and ordered them.     • I can now hear equally from both ears
I have some hearing loss in my right ear from work noises. I never purchased a hearing aid before because I could not afford one. Now I can hear the same out of each ear. The standard size ear domes fit snuggly in my ear and do not produce any whistling, but are not that comfortable. I will try the memory foam version next. The charging case works as expected. I will update this review if anything stops working. When they arrived I noticed a small plastic strip which had to be removed from each device to allow the battery to connect. My wife and I both have nerve damage hearing loss. My left ear is over 75% deaf in the conversational hearing range. My wife is about 30% deaf in both ears. We have tried four different behind the ear amplifier/hearing aids. She lost hers because the fell off when she repositioned her glasses. Mine? Well,three brands costing over $200 per ear just didn't work. The fourth died because of sweat. So, I saw these NEW aids and the positive reviews. Add in a $45 off promo and I bought a pair. Wow! Great fit. It stays put and I can now understand conversation and TV much better. Sound is a bit lacking in bass, but for the money, color me impressed. I bought a pair for my wife. She really likes them! Now our TV is on volume 21-25 instead of 36-45 (of 70). The charge last at least 18 hours and the charger case works great. ... show more

I purchased these hearing aids and love them!! for the price; i didn't expect them to be so good!! they are easy to use, small and fit inside my ear so no one can see them and they are so easy to use. I would recommend these to anyone who is in need of hearing aids but doesn't want to spend a fortune for fear they may not wear them. There is to many things I don't like to mention.And as for what I used them was to be able to hear which is a logical reason to wear hearing aids. These hearing aids are not for me. My ear canal is so small that they get sore from forceing them in my ear. I'm not blaming you that i let the time pass till it was to late to return. I kept hoping they would adjust but it didn't happen. My ear canal is very small and i used the smallest cap and it is still to large to fit in my ear. No I'm sure you can't find them they were only on Amazon for 30 days.Which I didn't realize when I purchased them.
