They are not the most comfortable even switching the ear buds. I'm also trying to get used to hearing myself in my ears when I talk. I hope these work because I can't afford the high price of hearing aids.

Good fit for my ears. Good for conversations and watching TV. Especially like the small charging carrying case - very convenient. Another good feature is that they turn on automatically when placed in the ear - no fumbling for a switch.

One person had hearing problems but was terribly shy about wearing a hearing aid. These headphones solved his problem. From the outside, it looks like he is wearing regular headphones and now he hears much better. I can't say that this is the ideal device, but in most cases it helps a lot. My 82 year old mom is using this to help her hear the TV. it does amplifies everything. she only wears it when watching TV as the other sounds around the house gets picked up when TV is not on.
