These are very low-cost devices compared to traditional hearing aids. They have one control button that is easy to use to control volume. The instructions that come with these were not very understandable to me of the two other people that were helping me try to figure out how to put them on. I could never get them to seat in my ears like the models shown in their Amazon listing, however they do work. As ear buds to listen to music I was very impressed; they automatically switched to that mode when I played a song. As advertised, I experienced no whistling, and there was a modest white noise that I believe was the noise cancellation feature. As hearing amplifiers / aids, they are very sensitive and do work, however for me, my own voice was amplified and somewhat electronic sounding. For me this was disconcerting, but for the price, this could be a good choice for others. In addition to the hearing amplifiers / aids, this come with the charging / storage case, a cleaning tool, instructions, and 11 pairs of ear pads. It charges in 2 hours, is rated to operate 8 hours for hearing, and the case alone (not attached to power) will provide 24 hours of battery use for hearing. I rate this as a 3.5-star device rounded to 4 stars because of the affordability (but considered 3 stars for some time based on the written manual and amplification of my own voice. ... show more

This hearing aids amplifier are very small, discreet and it has very good sound quality. The pairs come in different color for the left and right pieces. They work right out of the box or charging case. The operation is all done with the touch sensitive surface with a button. It can bluetooth connect with your phone and work just like a regular hands free headphone to answer calls and listen to music. The cost of hearing aides is stupidly expensive and I really wanted these amplifiers to work for my mom. I figured the size was good for her aging fingers to install and remove from her ears. The five levels of volume were adequate for her level of hearing loss. The charging case is a great size and very convenient to put in her pocketbook if needed. The ringing feedback only occurred while she was installing them, but we also noticed it was very easy to change the volume on the units during that time. The units themselves worked well, however we could not get them to stay in her ears. I tried changing the ear tips to make a better fit but had no luck; they just kept falling out. You may have heard the news: Hearing aids can now be sold over the counter without a prescription. The product description of this one perpetuates a myth that hearing aids are just for seniors. Step one is hearing test with this model of hearing amplifier. Don’t expect perfection in this modest level price range, however. Hearing loss runs in our family and my father wore a hearing aid for decades. This model includes two hearing aids, (actually amplifiers) whether you need in each ear or not. Average sound gain is up yo 30DB. It is rechargeable and well packaged if considering as a gift. My suggestion is to first discuss your needs with your audiologist, and not one whose primary goal is to sell you THEIR product. Second, make a return visit and have your hearing tested with this device. With any hearing aid, make sure you are not getting extraneous noises that will eventually drive you crazy. Feedback can be challenging to control with this type yet each set of ears is different. Most similar models are covered by Amazon’s 30 day free returns if not working well for you. Ordered these for my mother but they didn't work well for her. I suppose it may be just her, others might be able to use them with success. It was worth a try.

I like that these hearing aids turn on automatically when I take them out of the charging case and automatically shut off when I put them back in the case. No expensive hearing aid batteries required! They charge in the case they arrive in: simply plug the case into a charger with the enclosed cable. The earbuds are not very comfortable but I do like to use these hearing amplifiers for watching movies and television. I also use them with my IPhone for listening to music. These are a good sounding set of hearing aids. They come with 12 pairs of earbuds. They run for about 18 hours on a charge and the case will charge them three more times. What's nice is they are Bluetooth and they can hook up to my cell phone. They are comfortable to wear and the sound quality I would say is about a 9 on a scale of 1 to 10 (I'm comparing them to my prescription hearing aids). For the price of these you can't go wrong. If you have some hearing loss I recommend you try these first before you buy a prescription set which cost approximately 5 to $6,000 a pair. These may be all that you need. In fact I prefer to wear these instead my prescription hearing aids. This is why I give these hearing aids my highest recommendation. ... show more
