The ring arrived sooner than expected. It is a nice quality looking ring and the convenient charging case with charging cords were a plus. However the information/readings it provided were not accurate. I take medication for high blood pressure, so that function was important to me. The ring consistently stated my blood pressure was quite a bit lower than it actually was when taking it with my blood pressure monitor. The step counter was also several (hundreds) of steps lower than my treadmill stated after using it. The ring did not recognize any steps while peddling. So in summary, it’s a nice looking ring, but does not provide accurate information. I will be sending it back.

I loved the look of this ring when I first got it. I wanted something more toned down gold and matte so this was perfect. That's the only pro I see to this ring. It look me a very long time for it to get it to connect to bluetooth and the app. Once it was though, I wore it at the same time as my Apple watch to confirm if it was tracking accurately. Sadly to say, it was not accurate at all. I did a 1hr long workout which tracked a 300 calorie burn and when I checked the ring, it said I only burned 100 calories total as of putting the ring on. It also scratched the paint off within the first few hours of me having it on. I really wish that this could have worked out but I will be returning. Save your money and get the actual Oura ring.

I had a baby 7 months ago and have had elevated blood pressure since then. I wanted to track that as well as my sleep. This device does not track either of these things accurately. The blood pressure readings are all perfect and when I get a reading and use the blood pressure cuff simultaneously the reading is not even close. It only seems to measure long stretches of sleep. For example, the baby usually wakes up around 5 am for a feeding but then we go back to sleep for another hour or two, but it doesn’t record that last chunk of sleep. The only thing this is useful for is tracking steps but I can do that with my phone.

Worked for the first day just fine for sleep detection after that did not. Did not count the steps, only was able to do BP, heart rate and oxygen levels fairly well. Was not what I was helping even for basic monitoring. Disappointed.
