Just got this smart ring and so far, so good. It tracks my heart rate and sleep which is what I mainly wanted. The blood pressure and oxygen readings are there. It's waterproof and works fine with my phone. No subscription is a big plus. For the price, it's a solid basic tracker.

It fits the finger so well. Easy to take out for recharging and the battery lasted 4 days, after first charge. I tried monitoring heart beat, blood pressure, steps, most importantly sleep. It's very interesting to see my deep sleep, light sleep, awake hours during sleep. It became addictive the first week and helping to refine my sleeping habits. Love the ring so far, good investment. Device/packaging itself is of high quality.

Requires a badly designed app that requires too many permissions. The app requires permission to read messages, access contacts etc. Poor instructions, hard to figure out how to sync the ring to the app. I'll be returning this
