Was fine material, made the helmet quieter for sure, long collar helps seal wind around collar. Nice, i have a neo-tec 2 and it hindered the flip up lower. I never realized how nice this sock cover could be, in cold weather I had no wind whistling thru my helmet, kept my head warm and quiet. Very happy with product.

Yes, the cover for over my size L helmet and it’s snug so I expect it will keep wind noise down. That said, there are noteworthy design flaws. The length at the back of the helmet will never tuck into a jacket. Sure, I could pair with a neck gaiter, but this could replace it. That back edge will be flying around letting in cold air. The lower edge should be 6” longer down and have a drawstring to help keep out wind and cold air. I will ride in the morning here in MN (30-40 F) and see how it holds up. So close, but designer overlooked what riders need who purchase a helmet / neck cover for the cold…coverage of the neck.

This helmet cover is exactly what I was looking for. It really does stop the wind from coming into the helmet, and keeps your neck warm also. The other review mentioned the top front, where it meets the top of visor. Wind lifts it up. SO!!!! I took some Velcro and stuck it to very top of visor AND on the underside material so the obviously Velcro together and eliminates that from happening. You do have to manuvour it and adjust it to stay. Over all 100% satisfied. Now if I can figure out how to make it water proof. Update: after testing Velcro I went to silicone . I have a winter helmet and a summer helmet keep in mind. I applied silicone to the top of visor and attached the helmet cover (quarter inch) to visor and lest it dry over night. Works great. The seller is AMAZING and has great communication with buyers. Very personable . Buy with confidence. Thanks HeadWind!!!

Rode motorcycle in 27 degree weather. Wore my balaclava but wind comes up under helmet (HJC I-90 modular in 2X size) and my exposed eye area is cold and wind makes my eyes water. This reduces that to a minimum. No more eye water. Downside. Flip up helmet useless and flip up windshield is constricted
