I bought these to replace the faded, leaking ones on my 2008 Escalade. They were a perfect fit and worked flawlessly. Not terribly difficult to install but that's on GM not the light manufacturer. Bought these headlight assembly’s to replace the OEM headlight assembly’s on my 2012 Escalade. OEM parts had aged, cracked and fogged. Similar replacements from popular auto parts retailers were 3X the price for just one assembly. These were an affordable alternative that installed in less than an hour. I was able to complete update both sides with new assembly’s, bulbs, and HID control modules for less than the cost of one OEM headlight assembly. Nice headlights. Drop in fit perfect, with no fitment issues. Just adjustment height needed on beam pattern. Took a few minutes. Included new ballast cables. Looked a lot nicer in person an once on vehicle. The headlight bulb ring that holds the low beam/high beam bulb in place. Is different from oem one, and felt kinda cheap but it works fine. Lights were installed they were very nice but as soon as it rained all the water was inside the drivers side left headlight. I called the company I also called Amazon and reported it and the company wanted me to take out the headlight return it as a matter fact return both of them to the company before they can mail me out a new set of headlights. Which means that I would have to go with a vehicle with no headlights until I receive them I already paid for the headlights to be installed Now I would have to pay again to get them taken out and then pay again to reinstall them. I also would have to park my vehicle up because I cannot drive my Escalade with no headlights so I still have the headlights and every time it rains I have water and fog on my left side headlight and neither did the company know Amazon do anything to resolve my problem ... show more

These do serve their intended purpose. You just have to be extremely careful when installing them as the plastic isn’t as strong as the factory plastic. I ended up breaking off a tab while I was installing them but in the end you could never tell. I just made sure the others went in smoothly and were equally tightened down really firm. I am scared to just them too much as the adjustment gears are also plastic and prone to stripping. ... show more
