I bought this hair piece for a special event to make my hair look longer and more full. I bought two lengths, the 16 in and the 22 in and in the picture, they are both on to create a layered look. The color I got matched my hair very closely and I was happy about the way it looked and that it was pretty easy to put on (after several tries). The one thing I didn't like was that there was a bulky clip located near the temple of each side that was hard to hide with my natural hair. I also thought that the "fishing line" string had a little too much give in it and I felt like at any given moment the whole hair piece would fall right off. It needs to have an extra clip to make it feel more stuck in the hair. But for the price, it is a good cheap option.

The hair quality is far superior to the Reecho purchase I made. It looks and feels like real hair. The band is 12.5” in width. It comes pre-connected with a halo wire that would need to be cut to come off. I played with this band for hours trying to get the fit to stay around 19” and I watched the video on here that is very poor quality showing what she did to lock it in place on size. I never could get the band to stay locked in place. I tried to tie it as well and that didn’t work. There are no hooks on the inner band at all! Further, I’ve worn it twice and the metal piece digs into your scalp and what’s worse is the end pieces with the fabric wrapped around them pushes up on your hair or come through. I have finer hair and this is the only halo I own that shows the band more than the others. I fitted one of my other halos with one of their bands that is 8” and it’s still an 1.5” too long but it’s far more comfortable than the band that comes with it. I rated it a 3 because the band is so uncomfortable and the design of it along with the video is awful. There is only one video on here and it doesn’t properly show what she is doing to lock it in place. I tried for hours to follow along but the second step of what she’s doing, you can’t even see what she did in the video. Either way, the band doesn’t lock and stay in place. The sewn in band on the hair is longer than my other halo hair pieces that around 10.5” in width compared to the 12.5” on this one. It feels like this might be contributing to needing a smaller invisible band and plus it has weight to it so it pulls it down and causes it to wrinkle in the back or otherwise I can fit multiple fingers which the video says is too big. If they do away with their version of the invisible band and exchange it for something that works and is comfortable then it would deserve a 5 star. I’ve not tried heat on it yet to say if you can use anything on it and it work. I’ve read other reviews stating it is not heat tolerable. I guess we shall see. For now, I’m going to buy a different invisible band that can be attached to the ends to make it work and it be comfortable. Definitely will buy another but I’ll cut off the invisible band and throw it in the garbage. *Update* I found a multipack kids size on here that is smaller than the others to work with this. I cut the length because it stretches the band from the weight and it comes down too long. I shampooed and soaked the ends in fabric softener overnight and it smells, feels, and looks like new! Hair is not very heat tolerant so I do not recommend it.

I’m gonna start off by saying this product ( the extensions) are not horrible but there not great either but you can’t really complain because there $10 and the hair is fake so you do get what you pay for for a single use or two there great than they do start to get extremely frizzy and than they look even more fake then they were to start with , my second dislike about these extensions is that they don’t blend really well I had the same exact color in my hair but it was like at the end you could tell that the extensions weren’t part of my hair I did try styling them multiple ways my hair is naturally wavy so I strengthened my hair and than straightened the extensions I push a split end mender I had from Sally’s beauty by ion to try and get the hair to all stay in one place it did okay but if you’re gonna be out all day you are gonna have to constantly blend the hair together, I would definitely recommend these extensions if you’re gonna wear them once or twice but enless you really know how to keep fake hair from looking horrible I wouldn’t get them to wear every single day overall I do think before the hair got worn it was smooth and silky I would also not recommend putting the extensions back in the bag it came in I would recommend proper care and hang them up or something but don’t shove them back in the bag because than it will make the fake hair worse

This is amazing. I bought 2 lengths so it could blend with my hair length. Mine is about 14” because the 16” and 18” are perfect lengths for my hair. The 18” is almost at least 3/4 way down my back. Both pieces hair are so thick and silky that I love them but I haven’t figured out how I can wear them because it’s not biddable with the metal side things and plastic fishing line sticking out. I’ve tried everything I can think of ways to style my hair with this hair but my hair is so fine that it doesn’t look good enough to leave the house. I’m going to try to sew the two pieces together and then sew this into a fabric hair band that is close to my hair color and wear it like they did in the fifties with the front nd sides forward and the back parts behind the hair and, much like it I’d worn with the fishing line, because I couldn’t get the fishing line and thick wefts with the lace fabric they come sewn onto to stay put even with Bobby pins. I also tried braiding and pulling my front hair back combining my front sides and top natural and fake hair into a sort of pony tail with the long locks hanging down my back, but that didn’t cover the fake ness either with my hair. I’m hoping the hair and idea makes this wearable and easy as well as not as painful because my scalp still hurts from trying to figure out how I could wear this last night. I was originally just going to paint the fishing line so it’s not shiny and matches my hair but I can’t keep it still so I’m not painting it. I will try to update and add photos after I figure out how I can wear these. Fingers crossed! I have very fine hair that is a little longer than shoulder length. I’m 5 feet tall. blonde with many difference colors of hair. My hair is basically ombré bayalage with silver and white roots then my younger natural dark ash blonde and some medium ash brown streaks and it’s the darker color at the bottom of my hair. My experience level is pretty well experienced as I’ve worn hair pieces, wigs and clip ins since the early 90’s. I never had a halo kind and I don’t think I like how this one is made. I believe the ones on tv that are expensive are much thinner and don’t have the thick lace band so maybe that’s they put it in and take it off one handed so quickly and easily. This is probably too thick for my hair and too heavy for my sensitive scalp. I tried it with just 1 but want the layers and the lengths so I’m also probably going to layer them and see what works with 1 and try both together but with less weight. Also, I have nice hair that in the back has some thickness to it so 2 is better to give me the natural volume of hair I would have if my hair was longer. oh, and, when I got them, I tightened one fishing line and the weft on the right instantly lost hair! That part has been driving me nuts sticking up more so that’s a negative too. Those pieces of metal aren’t easily to work with, neither is the plastic line. I see the concept is good. It just isn’t working for my hair. I’ll be back soon with more on solutions.

The color of these extensions matched my hair perfectly. The hair feels nice and soft and smooth. I fundamentally do not understand how to tighten the halo piece. The string loosens no matter what I do. I would have to wear these extensions with a hat so I can clip them in to secure them. Better instructions and video are needed.

These are the first extensions I’ve ever bought, and did it on a whim. I’ve tried to be matched in the past with expensive, high-end options and have never found ANYTHING that matches my color as closely as this one did. I was very pleasantly surprised! Overall I think it’s fine for a fun night out but it does shed pretty easily. I didn’t style it and I did end up “messing” with it a lot thought the night because I wasn’t used to wearing it. I think it was a great option for someone not wanting to spend a lot of money and just wanting to change your look up.

This extension piece has been something I've had in my Save For Later for like 2 months. I finally broke down and got it. I somehow put 2 in my cart so now I have tow of these things, but will be returning one. If not both.... still deciding. The hair piece itself is actually kind of nice. I got the light brown to blonde ombre one at 14". My natural hair length is JUST army shoulders. The hair is soft, and has a lot of weight to it. It is not rough or weirdly shiny, or super fake looking. It is pretty nice. The little halo wire is .. interesting but generally invisible on the head. I adjusted it with pliers. The little silicon ball that holds the wire in place is sturdy and you really have to squeeze the pliers to get it open. As for the fit, it is was ok. I think I let it out a little too much so the piece didn't lay on my head smoothly, it was a little big feeling, but again I think thats my issue and I will try adjusting it back up a little to see if it helps. The length is ok. I think I need a shorter length, and it might benefit me to cut this down a bit. My hair length is so blunt and straight across that it is ridiculously obvious from the back that my hair is not even close to as long as the extension. See pics. You can clearly see my hair length line. Short hair being straight with these kinds of extensions doesn't usually work generally, so I think if I cut the extension down, and do a slight curl to my naturalizations hair, it won't look as obvious. Ill explain the pics: 1) side profile - you can see in this angle how curling my natural hair would hep blend it into the extension more. It looks nice in general. 2)frontal: Look relatively natural from the front. If really looking in person, you can see my shorter underneath. Putting hair in a ponytail is completely impossible bc my short hair becomes its usually stumpy thing, while the flowing extensions make it look super horrible. It is a little hard to get behind my ears, but I think this was bc I loosened it too much so the band wasn't laying nicely. Generally looks ok from the front though. 3) Back view: So in this picture I have the left pic with the extensions freely hanging. Clearly can see the blatant hair length differences. Again, I think cutting it down and curling will help with this. The right picture is when I swept the hair all the way to the one side. It all but disappears from back view and all you're left with is the natural hair line. Looks terrible. This tells me that while this hair might look natural, you cannot really treat it as natural hair, whipping it around, tossing it from side to side, or having it drape nicely over one shoulder. At least not with short hair. I had seen a review say that these are not great for short hair. Which sort of defeats the purse of being extensions lol. I feel like things like this are meant for add SOME length, and fullness. Not for "shoulder length hair one day, boob length hair the next". this thing is ok, but I will need to play around with it a little. I mean for $10 it was a nice way to experiment and possibly customize to my needs.

So I have only had this extension for 24 hours so I’ll update my review if all the curls come out based on what I’ve read, but so far I am a fan! I also have clip in extensions and I was starting to worry that maybe the clips are damaging my hair (although they shouldn’t) so I love that this works like a headband! The only downside is that it is very difficult to hide the little clasp (but it’s not obvious it’s quite small) and it’s also not very secure. The upside with clip in extensions is that they are very secure, this one definitely is not but it works for days where you don’t have too much movement! If the curls hold up for a while I’ll definitely buy more to have a backup!

I was seeing countless ads on Instagram on the viral halo extensions (I was missing having long hair hence the ads lol). So I got curious and started shopping on Amazon. This brand had the closest color to what my hair color is now so I went with it (I got Auburn Brown). I was surprised of how much of a color match it is!! It’s pretty easy to apply although it’s a little hard to adjust the wire to make the extensions little more snug. Maybe next time I’ll be better with application but first time wasn’t so bad. The hair also feels pretty natural and easy to comb/brush. I’m obsessed with the long hair look, I’ll be using my halo extensions often 😄

Unfortunately had to return this hairpiece. It wasn’t long enough to go to where your normal hair line would be, so even putting a hat on it didn’t look good I’m sure it would look great putting it into your own hair, the hair itself was very nice, the coloring was great, but unfortunately I’ve lost my hair due to chemotherapy, and I purchased it to be able to wear a hat on it and it just was too far back or your hairline should be. But it’s a great buy if you were just going to match it into your own hair I’d say go for it

This is right out the bag. No styling or cutting. Ok so I got fitted for a legit halo hair piece at my hair salon but they are $$$ so I wanted to try a cheaper option just to see if I could handle wearing it before committing to the expensive one. My hair dresser said I would need a 20" piece, my hair is mid chest length (see first photo- im holding a piece of my hair to show length). So I ordered the 22" amazon version expecting it to be just a little longer... nope, it's a lot longer lol. Not a bad thing but these will definitely need to be cut in order for me to wear them. It comes with a comb. The color was actually spot on. My only complaint is that I ordered 2 different colors together and nowhere on the packaging does it state what color they are. It just has an item #. So I wanted to return one but I have no idea which one is which. So if you're not sure what color you need and you wanna order more than one, my advice is to order separately so you know what you'll get in each order. The color pictured is either Gold Blonde/Ash Brown or Ash Medium Brown/Ash Blonde... Overall good for the price. I have not tried to style it or put any heat on it so I can't speak to how it handles being styled.

I typically wear professional extensions, but since I’m on a tight budget right now, I’ve had them removed, and I’m trying these instead. I tried a couple of different brands and I really wanted to love this one because the hair feels amazing and the color is beautiful. However, these did not stay in place and I really couldn’t get the wire to work right to fit on my head properly. These almost fell right off within a couple of hours. I originally thought maybe it was user error but then I tried another brand and did not have this problem at all. I just wish that these stayed in better.
