Works great, the padding is pretty comfortable. It's easy to use and adjust. Not too heavy either and really helps distribute the weight of the Quest 2. My only 2 complaints is that it doesn't fit well with the stock eyewear spacer and after a while it yellows

This head strap is very worth the money. My kids would complain that the stock straps were to tight, or not tight enough. Or that the head set was to heavy all together. But with this head strap it takes the weight of of thier face and distributes it to the top and back of the head. And they can make it as snug as they feel necessary. ... show more
