So I had a vintage hoosier step stool that I was refinishing. The original label was fragile and would be obliterated by the restoration and I could not find the same replacement label on any restoration sites. I was able to use a high res photo of the label and then blow out the background to replicate it using a laser printer and this product. Made a set of custom decals for my kids projects. Found ourselves making and adding decals to all kinds of stuff. Model cars, hockey sticks, anything with a nice smooth surface. Easy to print and transfer. NOTE: the paper is very sturdy and sharp! It will cut you if you’re not careful while loading your printer. I had a paper jamb, wasn’t the papers fault, I had my output tray blocked, and while pulling on the paper, I sliced myself pretty good. It’s heavy duty, transfers well, and prints nice! I was hopeful on this laser waterslide decal paper. Wanted to buy an American made product when the tariffs hit. 1.does NOT slide off easily. I soaked and soaked to try to help until the decal was floating in the water. 2.the dark ink chips off in some spots. 3.when dry there were tons of bubbles sporadically even though I process my products all the same way. 4.i cover with a clear acrylic coating…still can see the clear film through so my designs look like I just stuck stickers on my product. 5. If I use too much acrylic top coat the decal gets soggy and wrinkles. 6.dries with bubbles. I wanted to use this company bc its base in the USA even though it was same price as the china made alternative. I figured if I had to pay more then I’d rather buy an American product. Unfortunately I have to switch back. All my products (over 250 made) are not salable. ... show more

This paper works great as long as you have the correct printer. I DO NOT have a laser printer lol. However the paper tried very well to do its job under the circumstances. Seems to be good quality and doesn't tear very easy.

The media could not be loaded. Used a laser printer. It does better on lighter backgrounds. Also, if the product you’re applying it to has even the slightest rounded surface it will crinkle. See picture. Video has a flat but curved surface with a lighter background and the decal was great. Haven’t added the last layer of resin yet. But I assume it will pop even more. Tips: if possible…submerge your substrate under water (or under running water) with the decal while positioning. It will help to prevent tears. Once you position use a damp cloth to “squeege” the water from under decal. Eventually transition to a dry cloth. ... show more
