Update: bought this helmet again. Truck hit me 2 weeks ago and because of crash wearing this helmet, I would not wear the original again. This helmet probably saved my life and is why I bought it again to replace helmet I crashed in. Great helmet. No comparison to the Arai helmet I used to wear. This one is snug and secure. I’ve had two crashes before and would feel safer with this helmet. I understand other comments here wanting a clear shield and fogging up issues but I consider these minor issues. Great fit, design and very little road noise. I actually like the dark visor and mirrored shield. Wish I had these before. Great face protection if you’re in a traffic hazard area like me (Chiang Mai Thailand) or concerned about head protection at any speed.

The media could not be loaded. I just received this helmet so I can’t provide too much of an in-depth review, but I will update if I have any major problems with this helmet . My first impression with his helmet was that is very sturdy. It has a good weight to it, I want to say maybe but like 1-3 pounds? It’s a bit heavier than my last helmet but I can imagine I’ll get used to it eventually. If you wear glasses like me, you’ll most likely have to remove the padding. I was able to wear my glasses without removing the padding but it was really a tight fit. If you have bulky glasses, you’ll definitely have to remove the padding but I didn’t have any problems with the inner visor shutting but my glasses frame is fairly small and skinny. My head fit like a glove in the XXL, though I am a bit shocked that my head size is the max size. I believe my measurements are around 25 inches and it fit just right, my head fits in a bit better with the padding removed though. This helmet is better for winter riding, currently where I live it’s about to turn into fall but there’s still a bit of heat so my head was getting a bit warm, but it wasn’t too bad, but at the peak of summer I can imagine this thing would be dreadful to wear for long rides I didn’t notice any wind coming through the main visor while I was riding, though I do wish there were a bit more vents in the helmet because it is very padded and safe I mean it’s a good helmet but when summer rolls around I’ll probably have to find a replacement helmet since it’s so warm and bulky.

So by reading other reviews I figured out these run about one full size smaller than listed. That worked out perfect for me because I have a head that needs something at the larger end of large, and at the smaller end of XL. So I got a perfect fit and the helmet looks awesome. Pictures are not as vivid as it is in person. There are color schemes to match just about any bike. The protection it offers -- as rated by others here -- seems excellent as well if ever needed. It shipped and arrived pretty fast also. Overall, I feel like this might have been one of my best purchases ever on Amazon. It has a flip down visor, and a button ypu can slide to lower the built in goggles which can be operated independently. No clear visor is included unfortunately so that's a bit of a nuisance to be fair. I'll dock it a star for that. It has good vents that are easily operated. It does fog quickly if vents are shut. But overall, I say it is a good helmet and worth $50.

Size large was a little snug and i have a snall head but i like my helmets to fit good not loose , didnt fog cancled out alot of noise around me like wind, looks cool and comfortable
