    • Nice stand. Easy to assemble if you’re a real man.
So many people complaining about difficult assembly. One guy said he pulled a muscle in his back trying to install one of the seat supports. Maybe take up board games as a hobby instead. I just assembled two of these in about an hour. Instructions were clear (though mine were missing a few plastic washers - just buy a few). Very comfortable seat and the stand is solid. No, it’s not aluminum as one dude complained. If you want aluminum buy the Kickback “Helium” model for $60 more. One note: buy a couple of good ratchet straps to secure to the tree. The one strap provided can’t be tightened securely enough for my liking. Very solid stand for less than half the price of a Millennium. ... show more

    • This is the worst quality tree stand I’ve ever purchased!
CAME RUSTED and WRONG DIRECTIONS. The box was in fine condition when I got it. Opened it up and started assembling. Assembly is very difficult to do when you have the wrong instructions. I noticed large amounts of rust on the seat supports and platform. (I saw many other reviews saying the stand is advertised as aluminum it’s steel very very low quality steel) I continued assembling thanks to a YouTube video. Made it all the way to mounting the seat. Pulled a muscle in my back trying to put on a seat support. After beating the dog piss out of it with a hammer and breaking a “weld” I was successfully able to get that on. After spending a little over an hour trying to put it together I had a finished product. And when I say flimsy I’m talkin sapling in a hurricane. Here’s what I got out of it : -175 bucks, a back problem and a pile of rusted, bent up, broken metal in my garage. 0/10 ... show more

Absolutely love my Hawk climbing stand!! Very comfortable and easy to hang. This particular stand is pretty heavy compared to newer versions but still doable yourself. Easy to build too! Very well built and sturdy!!

    • It's worth the money
I give a 4 star review because you gotta give one really big step to get into the stand. I'm 5' 11" 150 lbs and the tree has a 23" circumference. Add an extra screw in step if you need to, the seat does not fold up and stay up on the tree but the seat does fold down to get out of the weather so you don't return to a wet debris filled seat. The platform is plenty big for bow-hunting, and the seat leans back with minor adjustment you can do quietly during the hunt. This stand is also very very quiet. This is not what I would consider a portable stand. It's very heavy and bulky when carrying it. Like over 30 lbs and it doesn't fold small. I was able to install the stand by myself using some 550 cord hoisting it up the tree and then strapping everything down. Pro tip- bring a torpedo level when installing to ensure complete comfort when hunting. ... show more

Love this stand. I have a couple of them. Very comfortable. I am 6ft, 175 and feel very solid in the stand. I bought the cruz bracket for the second one and that made hanging it much easier. I will likely buy more as needed. Two little areas I could see to improve it. 1) add arm rests. I know this is personal preference so not a big deal. 2) figure out a way for the seat to go up and down and stay up without having to adjust the strap around the tree. Once again, this a minor issue. Great stand and highly recommend for hunters who hang and leave the stand all season. ... show more

I really love the stand. Ton of foot room for big boots in the cold winter, seat is orally adjustable, and I think the best part is the secondary tree strap hanger they created for it. You can order a couple of the tree hangers , put them in different trees if you want and makes it’s absolutely simple to hang on and off. Very very sturdy and definitely roomy for the heavier clothes and boots as well. U can also buy a backpack hanger for it so you can carry it in and out of the woods like a backpack.
