Great assortment of cocktail essentials, and the cocktail recipe book is a great touch that has all the greats! My only issue, and it’s not a huge one, is that it’s listed as a set of 12 stainless steel pieces, but there are only 10 stainless steel pieces. The other two pcs being the black bamboo stand for it all, and the recipe book. There isn’t much more needed for a nice entry-level bar kit for a small home bar, so this would definitely make a great housewarming gift, or “bar-warming”!! My only slight gripe was the machining on the interior of the jigger was a little rough, but after a quick pass with a some steel wool, it’s nice and smooth!

Nice mixology set with a small book on some of the most common cocktail recipes. I like the stand which is made of wood, and gives the whole set a nice professional look. Sadly, the straining spoon was broken on arrival, everything else was fine, and it will certainly be put to good use. Would make a nice addition to any home bar, also a nice gift idea. 4 stars

I haven’t had a chance to use every part of the set yet but I really like it. The pieces feel good in the hand and have a nice finish leading me to believe it’s good quality. Note this is a Boston shaker, with basically two cups that fit together to shake your drinks, which I think is more fun and similar to a real bar. It takes some practice to seal, shake and pour, especially if also straining, but hey, the mistakes taste just fine, too. Looks great in my remodeled bar.

Looks exactly like the pics. The finish on each piece is flawless. The wood rack is very nice as well. A little tight, but also takes up less space on the counter. I like nice things and am often willing to pay significantly more for higher quality. I'm stoked with this set and proud to display it on my wet bar. Definite recommendation.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this set for the listed price. Even the packaging is elegant and all of the tools seem to be high quality, with the exception of the bottle opener. It's typical of what you'd buy at your local big box store. I really like the large shaker! There's also a neat recipe book that had a few drinks that I've never tried, plus a lot of the basics. The only thing I'd change (other than the bottle opener) is a stand that better matches the tools (heavier wood and a nicer finish). Very nice set!

I received this set as a Vine contributor. I can't believe that a high-quality set like this was given to me. I've been looking for a set that had a shaker, which this one does, but I had balked at the prices they were asking. For the money, this set is worth the money. All the tools and the shaker are very high quality, wel-made tools which should last a long time. Buy it, you won't regret it!

Haven't had a chance to use some of the more obscure pieces yet but everything feels quite nicely made. The stand is just a wonderful cherry on top. It feels good and looks great. Packaged well to be given immediately as a gift. Nice clean pretty box, cardboard but sturdy. The only thing I'd say about the box is that unless someone knows the term "Boston Shaker" they probably aren't going to know for sure what it is until they get into it. Could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your gifting scenario.
