I purchased this item for my saddle system. I’m a bigger guy. 6’1 / 240 and the fold out steps are great for backpacking. The way they are connected to the main frame allows the frame to bend when climbing and when packing up for a move I would have to bend them back into shape to be able to collapse the steps all the way back into place. I did not check for weight limits but from my experience they really are not made for the bigger guys. Still a good size and weight just not the perfect match for me. ... show more

I knew theses sticks were gonna be rather large but there too large to stick on a mid size pack. Your most likely gonna have to carry there in by hand so hunting public land kinda sucks if your hunting private I highly recommend these just put the sticks up and you platform and you will get pretty high up with just 3 of these sticks I'd day with the ladder extention you can get over 20ft up. ... show more

Great product! I like the loop strap compared to the buckle strap. They hold tight to the tree. Wish it came as a 4 pack. Pretty ridiculous that 3 cost $90 and 1 costs $50. That math doesn’t add up. Great price for 3 though.

Really good sticks, kinda loud will need to put some stealth strips on them. I am also not a huge fan of the suction device to hold the sticks together. Other than that they hold really nice to the tree and are built sturdy.
