As a woman of a certain age I am always looking for makeup that brightens without being too heavy. This palette is a perfect combination of light matte colors, a flattering deeper blue for contrast and a little gold shimmer. The container itself is not particularly high end but there is a large mirror in the lid. The colors are each nice sized cakes and apply evenly. I'm as happy with this small palette of 4 colors as I have been with larger options that contain colors I will probably never use! ... show more

Formula is very powdery, not that pigmented, takes a lot to build up and at that point I might as well use something else. The gold shade works well with setting spray or glitter glue.

    • Gold Cash Out is a real show stopper. All In shows up nice. Other two colors work best wet.

Overall, super happy with this pallet. It certainly isn't something for the feint of heart, but then one doesn't buy something from Gaga with the intention of being mild. The colors in this pallet provide a nice mix to do a softer look, but the colors show up best with bold intentions. The Cash Out is absolutely my favorite in the pallet. It doesn't work well with a brush, but it does tamp on excellent with fingertips. I made sure to clean my hands before touching it. It's kind of creamy, buy spreads on dry and pops amazingly with my blue eyes. I'm sure it would pop on darker skin tones and with other eye colors, as well. Another great shade in my quad is All In. It's kind of an orange transition or lid shade, and it goes on true to color. The two shades that were softer than I prefer were Stacked and Pair of Queens. Even with primer, they show up kind of faintly. I can build with them with a brush, but they work best wet. I didn't know if they were necessarily wet or dry shades, but wetting my brush a bit certainly made the colors come out nicely. The formula doesn't leave a ton of dust or fall out in the pan, and it can be worn toned down, but definitely has show stopper qualities. Love the Cash Out and it's certainly the stand out in the quad. I can't wait to try others, I just wish all four colors were the same formula and had the staying power of Cash Out and All In. It removed nicely with makeup remover, but occasionally Cash Out did give me some fall out once on. I made sure to bake my face before applying everything so I could dust off any fall out. The gold, though, did give a little bit and some scratchiness, but certainly worth it for the bold colors. ... show more

The colors I received are labeled 05 - 4 PAY. Inside the palette is a small mirror and the colors labeled Stacked, Pair of Queens, All In, and Cash Out. The palette does not come with an eyeshadow applicator. I do like the look of all the colors especially Pair of Queens and Cash Out. I tend to be more conservative with makeup and those colors offer some shimmer but are not super bold. My only complaint is the Cash Out color crumbles very easily. It's very delicate so you do have to be extra careful with that one. ... show more

I became a Lady Gaga fan quite a few products back which I think I have tested almost a full face at this point in products and all I mean all have not disappointed in the least. This is for me high end makeup and I am more of a drugstore gal but if I had to splurge or ask for a gift this would def be something I would lean towards. Between the packaging, the look and the actual product its all so beautiful. I love all her packaging it def speaks of her and just the quality of what you get it all feels like an experiance that is very dainty but strong. The colors in this palette if you cant tell from the swatches are very vibrant and beautiful. I can not wait for a time or reason to use these which I havent had one yet and I am truly disappointed but when I do this will be the first palette I reach for I am in love with the colors and I think they complement one another so beautifully. I can go on and on about the products in her line they really are that good and I am so happy that I got the chance to try them and I would def buy more from her line that is for sure. Overall I am very happy with this product and all products that I have tested so far from this line I have had no problems and the colors show up just as they do in the pan. Update: This palette is beautiful the colors look great together and blend and work so well together. The entire eye look is using all the colors in this palette. I did have to build up the blue to get it to a smokey look and the lid color I used a combo of a brush and spraying it with setting spray but found that applying it with my finger worked best. I loved this look that I created and can def for sure say if I splurge its going to be Gaga all the way her formula that she uses is hands down my favorite for high end makeup.
